Room and toilet were good. Water pressure in ipoh was so good and strong. There is no 3 in 1 coffee served in the room but they got kettle. Coway is outside and you can serve yourself. I like the accessibilty to lost world of tambun which is just 5 mins away and got lots of restaurants, laundry and convenient and market stores nearby. The bad thing is I asked them to make up my room on the 2nd day but they didn't make it (I pay for 2 nights).

The room and toilet are so clean, comfortable and big.

Awesome customer service. Superb hygiene. Lovely complimentary light refreshment and drinking water. Just about 5mins drive to Lost World and lots of eateries options nearby. I cannot stress enough on the hygiene. The room was so clean! Minor problem was our vanity had crawling ants perhaps due to the surrounding green area. You can also see the breathtaking view of the hill from the hotel’s rooftop. Although, I wish they would provide a mini fridge in the future. Will definitely opt to stay there again.

Pro= lokasi hotel deket ke tambun the lost world. Contra= Nothing to see nearby, hotel tidak ada lift. Chanel tv terbatas.

Hotel yang terbaik penah saya cek in, bersih, staff yang peramah, dan paling penting roti free dan saya dihadiahkan keychain travelland hotel, kalau saya ada peluang untuk cek in di travelland hotel akn dapat diskaun kalau saya pamerkn keychain yang dihadiahkan, tq travelland, tahniah for team travelland.

spacious room, aircond take a bit of time to get cold but no issue, comfortable bed, limited tv channel, can go to rooftop and have a view around, location wise ok, a bit far from ipoh. overall ok.

The room is spacious and clean, and the staffs are friendly and helpful. I definitely love to come back and stay there again 🤗 but unfortunately if don’t have lift so it not suitable to bring elderly

Hotel yang selesa n baik, cuma siaran tv jer sgt kurang, harap dipertingkan, dpt mkn roti percuma, parking pun senang.

Overall the hotel experience is superb -less than 10mins drive to The Lost World of Tambun, 24h free flow of bread and coffee for guests; helpful and good hospitality of staff; room cleanliness is good and bedding enough for at least 7pax (family suite). The only setbacks are there is only 1 bathroom and have lots of (not dengue) mosquito in the room earlier check-in (probably because that's the closest room to the entrance, it's a raining season or that room seldom occupy).
