Exceptional stay. Attentive staff who go above and beyond, a beautiful hotel, and impeccably clean throughout. Three suggestions: stroller-friendly access at the staircases, spa access included given the price point, and a second housekeeping round in the evening (8pm) that isn’t really necessary. Highly recommend.

Rien à dire sur le service à la marocaine, la qualité des produits ou l’emplacement de l’hôtel Moins bien: le choix des alcools qui pourraient être meilleurs, la literie pas au niveau Pas bien: le massage de mon épouse était un massacre pour elle… elle avait le dos cassé après alors qu’elle avait demandé un massage de la tête et des pieds… la masseuse était novice et ne savait pas ce qu’elle faisait… Dommage et la direction n’a rien fait Enfin l’hôtel était en travaux en prévision de la haute saison…

Hôtel excellent que ce soit au niveau propreté personnel l'amabilité du personnel le petit-déjeuner les déjeuner le dîner tout est excellent très bel endroit je dirais même merveilleux sans hésitation cette adresse j'y retournerai vraiment avec plaisir et c'est très rare’

Todo muy bien

Ants infested the room and in food. Hotel tried to blame us for ants and would not change room. Sprayed poison all around room that made all cloths smell. Very poor service. Could not get water or other items delivered. Dog in next villa barked day and night even though dogs not allowed. Hotel did not stop dog. Ruined my honeymoon. Overpriced for service and amenities.

Wirklich schönes 5 Star Resort mit allem Comfort und Service auf höchstem Niveau. Alles hat super funktioniert, obwohl wir im März fast alleine in der riesigen Anlage waren.

De los mejores hoteles en los que me he quedado!! Su único defecto es que casi ninguno de sus empleados habla inglés ni español entonces es muy complicado comunicarse y pedir cosas!!!

The staff in the pool and restaurant were outstanding! The food was excellent. The main pool needs maintenance. It has a lot of missing tiles which has caused injuries for my kids. The quickness to address the injuries was lacking. I expected more for a 5 stars resort.

Great stay. Staff is very friendly and ensure the best possible experience. The permises are breathtaking as well as the private beach. Villa was very spacious and beautiful. The breakfast buffet and restaurants were amazing.

Very good property and environment, but lake of maintenance and the staff’s service is not as professional as a luxury hotel standard. Low value for the money.

The staff are nice but they are missing trainings and they couldn’t fulfil a simple needs as supply a hair dyer and chase a lagarto that we found on the bed room roof. I was very disappointed specially for a 5 stars hotel.
