Comfortable and clean flat. Convenience location. Only 2 things need to be careful. The kettle broken. The steam was leaked to the on/off button when water boiling. It is danger and we changed to another kettle at reception immediately. Also the upper anti-theft lock broken. The lock was totally lossen and fell down.

The location of the apartment is very good, just a few minutes from the train station. The apartment is very large and clean and equip everything you need in the kitchen. Due to our apartment is facing the main street (tram side), even we close the window and balcony door, I can still hear the noise outside, if you are easily waken up by the noise, you may ask for the apartment facing the other side. Another thing is the pillow is too soft. Overall, I will book this apartment again.

I would like to say that my stay was very nice! You need better instructions on where to pick up the key and the location! The area were this apartment is located is amazing. There’s so many places to go and travel and walk around. It’s near the mall it’s walking distance to town. I felt safe because there was security downstairs. It was a great stay just a few issues. Other than that I would stay here again. Next time I want a balcony I stayed in the apartment with the red kitchen, and that was all accommodating. I wanted to say the mattress on the floor it’s literally on the ground is not a good place to sleep that is not a comfortable mattress and it’s impossible for me to get up from almost the ground. People have disabilities and it’s impossible to get up from ground! I did not sleep on that bed because it was not comfortable! Please change the design of the bed! The mattress should not be on the floor.

Great place great location

On a aimé être à 10-15 minutes à pied du cœur de la ville. En revanche, l’appartement « deluxe » est très loin de ce que nous attendions. Le premier logement donnait sur un carrefour très bruyant et très lumineux, rideaux peu occultants, pas de machine à café, très peu d’ustensiles de cuisine (pas assez pour 3, alors que l’appartement peu accueillir 4 à 6 personnes), etc. L’hôte nous a proposé un autre logement : mieux, mais toujours pas de machine à café, pas de four micro-ondes, et toujours pas assez de vaisselle.

비교적 깨끗하고 근교 관광지나 구시가시를 방문하기에 교통이 편했으며 간이주방이 있어 간단히 먹긴 좋았음. 그런데 이불은 덜 말랐는지 냄새가 나서 불쾌했음

The property was spacious but lacked simple things like a tea towel, coffee mackine, oven tray. One of the towels were torn, no plug in kichen sink meant washing up was wasteful.

Boendet var helt ok. Ingen städning på fem dagar och endast en sop. Ingen trasa att torka av bord och spis trots att man sa att vi skulle få pappershanddukar. Ingen utrymningsplan, vilket är viktigt. Läget var perfekt. Trots att det fanns saker att förbättra är vi nöjda med vår resa. Karin, Sverige.

The property was very well kept clean and comfortable. We had just little problem with the excess code as the buttons were not functioning properly. The only problem was the air con was outside the bedroom so we had to leave the door open to make it cool. The reception we could not find but they replied prompt to the queries. So it was good as we stayed short period. I would rate it good.

クラクフ中央駅（駅にショッピングモールがあり、カルフールも入っていました）から近く、とても便利でした。 少し古い感じはありますが、冷蔵庫、洗濯機、エアコン、バスタブがあり快適に過ごせました。 4泊したので、バスタオルは２セット置いて欲しかったです（洗濯しても乾かないので）。掃除機も置いて欲しいと思いました。 何か問題があっても、すぐに返信がくるので安心です。

The stay was good, but i expected a bit more from the price. The kitchen supplies were limited, and the sofa-bed was too small for two people and quite hard. The apartment was very very clean, except from the oven trays, which we had to clean again, and with a large towel supply, which I loved. Fridge and freezer were not very cold. It is close to everything. Check in and out was very clear and easy, and the communication with reception by email was very quick and effective. Not sure though if I will stay here again next time I come to Krakow.

Hello, I think the hotel and place are incredibly good. I really liked the fact that it was so close to the train station and the old town. I am on a special dietary level, so I was so happy that I could cook for myself. The washing machine is very handy too.The only thing which I would suggest is the cleaning situation... definitely if someone stays there for more than 3 days - the bath towel should be changed .. and we didn't know what to do with a full bin bag .. I would definitely recommend the place !! BR Sylvia

Det var 2 gode værelser med alt det man skal bruge. Indtjeningen var lidt svær da det var umuligt at finde en parkeringsplads. Samt at receptionen var ét andet sted end der stod. Hotellet burde anbefale at man lejer plads i parkeringskælderen,hvilket vi også gjorde. Men ét dejligt sted med god plads,dog var sengen ikke for god.stedet ligger centralt i Krakow så kun ros herfra.

We reached out to the property to see if we could leave our stuff with them before check in and they were very accommodating. The apartment was located across the street from the train main station which was very convenient. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the main square which wasn't bad. The main station had a full mall attached to it so you had access to stores if you needed and there was a small grocery store nearby. There were also places to get food around the property although it was mostly "fast food" type. It was very safe with a security gate and on-site security in the building. The apartment itself had everything you could need. A washer and drying rack, a dishwasher, a fan, iron and ironing board, as well as the usual kitchen items. Overall, great stay.

Fint prisvärt boende med gångavstånd till tågcentral, köpcentrum, Stora torget/Stare Maisto med restauranger, Judiska Kvarteren/ Kazimierz. Många restauranger inom gångavstånd. Spårvagn och bussar på gatan utanför, så det är lätt att ta sig vidare ut i Krakow. Zabka/minilbutik runt hörnet med bra öppettider. Tillmötesgående reception. Litet minus är att gatan utanför är väldigt trafikerad. Men inget som stör. Ett hotell jag rekommenderar. Nära till lokala resekontor för bokning av besök på exempel Auschwitz.
