La chambre était nickel ! Le personnel aussi, nous avons des difficultés de clés à cause d’un oublie et une personne a pu nous ouvrir. Les personnes à l’accueil parlent seulement espagnol ou 1 personne anglais. Le chauffage et la cl fonctionne. A 3 minutes à pied, vous trouverez des trottinettes BIRD pour aller au métro El CASAR en 7 minutes.

The staff was very good to us, the room was clean and heating worked well for us - as it was a cold rainy day! It was great to have a specified parking spot for us! Breakfast was very "continental" - I missed some kind of eggs or yogurt. They did have great juice and some ham and cheeses.

Las areas estan bien.

Its located right on the highway which make it very noisy. The hotel was probably built in the early 80's. You have to walk from the lobby to your room at least 10 to 20 minutes depending on the room number. At night, that walk doesnt feel safe at all. Forget about it if you have luggage. Not good options at the restaurant. The menu is very limited. Room was clean but had a back door to the open street and some kind of park that made me feel unsafe at night. There are people who live in some rooms and are awake and ouside late and night. A lot of cats in the road. It just felt very unsafe.

Rien a voir avec les photos decevant niveau propreté et vétusté nid de guêpes sur la terrasse piscine pas propre trop chère pour ce que sait mérite vraiment pas les 100€ pour la nuit.

l'hotel propose la wifi mais a mon arrive sachant que j'etais ici pour le travail probleme il n'y avait pas d'internet

Camas horribles, con solo una sabana y un cubrecama, colchones regulares.... rentamos dos habitaciones y en una el aire acondicionado, no funcionaba.... El desayuno horrible, no habian huevos, las medialunas viejas embolsadas y de muy baja calidad.... no tenian variedad de cosas... en resumen todo muy mediocre.

The hotel is very comfortable, the room is very spacious, and the cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast is good, as is the dinner. The staff is very friendly. It met all my requirements. It is close to the city and the airport, with parking for each room.

La atención de el servicio de limpieza de la habitación muy grosera fue lo único pero el resto del personal excelente

Siempre me alojo ahí cuando viajo a Madrid, no es de lujo ni lo espero por el precio pero tengo todas las comodidades que necesito y el coche en la puerta. Además son muy amables y resolutivos

Located beside a major highway in industrial park.

Vi havde en super oplevelse fra start til slut. Reseptionisten var utrolig venlig og imødekommende. Vi følte os meget velkomne. Servitricen var ud over det sædvanlige. Meget hjælpsom og på trods af sprogvanskeligheder, fik hun os til at føle ,os og vores hund super godt behandlet. Tak for et dejligt ophold.

Era para pasar un fin de viendo el centro de Madrid, y aunque pensaba que podía estar un poco lejos, nada de nada, en 20 o 25 minutos en Atocha. Muy bien todo.
