Great place to stay and have food

Breakfast was lovely

This pib in a lovely village was a great place to stay. The service was noticeably good. The food was gourmet and the room as well equipped as any we have stayed in.

Lovely place to stay whilst walking the South Downs Way, the staff were all brilliant, so friendly and attentive and couldn't have done more to make sure we were happy.

I stayed at the White Hart on a work trip and it was delightful. Quintessential English charm and all the comforts of home while I was away. The food was great and the coffee/lattes are even better. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the room was neat and comfortable. I was sad to have to leave but had a lovely time!

Surrounded by gorgeous countryside with lovely hosts. Delicious food and great walks across the Downs nearby taking in breathtaking views. Can highly recommend!

My family and I loved our stay. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. The only reason I did not give an excellent review is due to the lack of Gluten free options.

First stay here. Will definitely book again when I'm next down near Petersfield on business.. Great location, fabulous food, clean and comfy room. Parking limited but also available on street in front.

Fabulous place to stay and restaurant and pub is great also. Felt like authentic British pub! We were well pleased.

Staff are always so friendly and helpful. The room was comfy and cosy, the three of us love to stay here!

Nice Stay

Loved it here. Room paintwork a little tired but not the end of the world. Need to put a towel down to block draught through door. Nice touch supplying fresh milk in a mini fridge. Teas,coffees tasty. I would definitely stay again. Book direct with them next time as it's cheaper

Nice staff. Lovely breakfast

Overall very nice set in picturesque grounds in a quiet village with pleasant rooms. My only criticism was the room floor felt a little unclean and could’ve done with a good hoovering. Otherwise all good. Food in pub was nice too.
