Room was awesome, but hotel location is too far from station.

Hotel Hakone Terrace Annex ini pada kenyataannya adalah sebuah apartemen. Apartemen yang dekat dengan stasion Koen-Kami via Hakone Tozan railway. Jangan turun di stasiun Koen Shimo karena jalannya menanjak. Apartemen dan lobby apartemen untuk check in berada di tempat yang terpisah. Perlu jalan menanjak untuk mencapai lobby check in. Untuk apartemen ini cukup luas dan isinya sangat komplit mulai dari alat memasak, teko, kompor, alat makan, pemanas ruangan hingga mesin cuci dan sabunnya juga tersedia. Sangat disarankan bagi anda sebelum kembali ke apartemen untuk membeli makanan dulu kemudian memasakknya di apartemen. Karena lokasi Hakone yang merupakan pegunungan, sulit untuk mencapai supermarket, dan supermarket disini tutup lebih awal. Jangan mengambil apartemen di lantai atas. Mintalah kamar di bagian bawah, karena apartemen ini tidak memiliki lift, maka jika anda membawa koper besar, itu akan sangat memberatkan. Lobby check in memiliki staff yang dapat berbicara bahasa Inggris dengan lancar, dan sangat friendly.

Honestly the location is not really good. Why? Because we have 4 big suitcases and we should take it to their hotel with not so good way. We should take out suitcases in the uphill road. But for the hotel is good. We get nice room for 4 people. It is good if you are going with your backpack only. And another note is, the receptionist is different place with the hotel. You should go to another place to check in and take your room key (another uphill road). Or maybe the hotel can give another information which bus stop is the nearest to get there. 😊😊😊 Thank you 😊😊
