There are major road works surrounding the hotel making the environment very noisy and dusty.

Had 2 night stay, very clean hotel room with free underground parking and free simple breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!

Going to “Old Quebec City “ Lyft rides varied from $15 ,- with discount , not busy , to $35 during most busy music festival time. Drop off location (Place D'Youville - Subway subs . This is right outside the wall . Parking around there is not easy . Tons of construction ( Summer 2026)

The most disappointing was the breakfast, the menu was limited to boiled eggs some spreadable Philadelphia, and pancakes, plastic dishes with plastic cutlery...

Very poor and old hotel , with basic amenties from the past . Service is also poor. Too dirty everything.

To start, the beds were harder than the floor, how is that even possible? The phone in the room didn't work, the one light was hanging off the wall and some lights didn't even work. The shower leaked all over the bathroom while showering and the shower had mold in it. When we arrived, it stated the rooms had a "refresh" which meant beds made, new towels, coffee, etc... but after we asked why our beds weren't made and pointed to the sign which stated they would be, they changed the signs the next day. Breakfast would be okay if you are only wanting bagels. The "crepes" were hard and the selection was really lacking.

The room was big but furniture was a tad shabby. The pillows were not comfortable and there were only 2 small ones. The lighting in the room was poor, including the bathroom. Breakfast was good and lots to choose from.

Climatiseur bruyant Dejeuner super,mais ustensiles en plastique assiette de carton tasse a café en carton et sel et poivre en sachet !!! Ça fait camping.

Clean room

We were in Quebec city during the festival and things were quite busy. The location of this hotel was excellant as we had the choice of two 15 minute bus lines to get in and out of the downtown avoiding parking nightmare. The hotel itself was very good offering a nice breakfast selection. The pool was nice as well considering how hot the temperatures were at the time

Super Hotel, l'accueil était très rapide et simple, même si nous sommes arrivés à minuit. La chambre était très propre et assez spacieuse pour notre famille de 4. Bon choix de nourriture pour le déjeuner. La chambre était rangée chaque matin avec les lits fait et les serviettes distribuées. Je recommande absolument!

Bonne piscine et lit correct. Pas de bruit dans les corridors. Déjeuner de base mais le café est bon. Stationnement intérieur bien. Boulevard Laurier en grand chantier. Accès plus difficile.

Room 323, bed was hard as a board. Slight annoyance of smell at 7am (breakfast prep?), AC thermostat doesn’t seem to work properly, always had to readjust it to cooler. In the morning it was said to be 15, but felt like 24.

The hotel has a Walmart and a Winners nearby.
