The most dirtiest place to stay, looks haunted, flush not working, everywhere is dusty and dirty, walkway looks haunted, lights not working, flush not working, door latch not working, my worst ever experience

kebersihan bilik tidur dan bilik air adalah perkara utama perlu dijaga untuk tetamu hotel. tidak mengapa jika kelengkapan adalah lama tapi perlulah jaga Dari segi kebersihan. maaf sangat mengecewakan.

Very good location. Bedroom big and comfortable also suitable for family. Only bathroom cleanliness can be improved.

Dapat bilik panas gila. Rupanya kipas aircond not function. Dalam gambar ada pool yes, sampai je besar ciput punya kolam and for kids only. Bangku ada satu je. Aku sampai ke sudah berdiri tunggu anak mandi. Dapat tukar bilik. Sejuk la sikit. Air paip dia warna coklat. Geli nak mandi. Dalam bilik aku ada serangga mati dah kering. Lama kot bilik tu tak kemas. Nasib baiklah ada adik maintenence dia la bantu baiki tv. Baiki aircond. Kesalahan management staff yang bergaji kurang 1500 tu yang duk minta maaf berkali-kali. Not fair tau. Aku as a room manager memang silap orang jual bilik ni kat aku. Bilik masalah memang kita takkan jual tau. Korang senang-senang jual bilik ni dengan harga tinggi. Perbaiki la please

The room very big and comfortable. The cleanliness is good. Inside of the room have a mini kitchen with a fridge, water kettle and sink. Iron and iron board also have insede the room. It was a pleasant stay.

A bit of a rundown hotel, lobby with no air-conditioning, mold at most part of the room however with that pricing charge is acceptable for a day stay. Pro, air conditioning in room is very cold, bed and pillows are comfy, equipped with all amenities, coffee, mineral water, hair dryer, mini fridge iron board.

1. Request was denied by saying that the system is 'automatic' even though I did request otherwise. They should say room was not available instead of blaming system 2. Room was smelly & dirty (bedsheet, blanket, towel) 3. Missing sofa cushion 4.Damaged phone line 5.Insufficient parking area 6.Hot waiting area (aircond was off) I will only come back here for the location & spacious room

Perlu penambahbaikan dari segi persembakan kekemasan bilik. Masa mula-mula masuk bilik terasa feel kurang memuaskan terus sebab terus nampak langsir tercabut dari rail.

Request non smoking room. Sebelah smoking room. Adoi 203 airkon panas. Bau hapak. Rokok 601 air mandi slowww. Bau hapak rokok.

Air cond tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Call hotel untuk baiki ambil masa yang agak lama. 2 kali buat aduan baru datang tengok. Tapi aircond masih tidak berfungsi dengan elok

Parking yang selamat n banyak, bilik yang selesa.

Toilet is not very well. No tissue in toilet.

Bilik cantik, besar, sejuk, cuma kolam untuk budak-budak agak licin sebab ade sesengah mozek licin tepi kolam.

Unfriendly staffs. The water heater not functioning so does the tv set. When asked for repair the staff blames the previous guests for failing to use the facilities with care. What stupid excuse that was. So will all the guests will be blamed for the shortcomings? What about the maintenance to keep the guests satisfied? I don't recommend this hotel . This is my 1st & last visit.
