Room is not beautiful, air cool is old, near royal palace

The air conditioning is not cold. The sheets are not changed. Have an odor. Very bad. Service attitude is very bad.

Sayang sekali tidak saya ambil fotonya. Tempat tidurnya kotor (ada tahi cicak di atas kasur dan langit-langitnya juga banyak sarang laba-laba yang seperti baru saja dibersihkan yang masih tersisa di langit-langit) dan lantainya bisa rembes air (mungkin dari air toilet?), bangunannya sudah tua mungkin ya. Pendapat saya, kamar itu sudah tidak ada yang masuki selama 3 minggu. Kamar 303, sekian saja ya. Terima kasih.

White River II will only get less than zero score from me because everything about it is dirty. Walls has not been cleaned like forever. Garbage are scattered all over the place within the hotel. The kitchen looks so dirty. The water supply for the shower in the restroom is so weak, rainfall is even better. The blanket provided is so thin, I had to use my jacket while sleeping. The air conditioning cannot be adjusted to mid low or mid high. It’s just stay at the same temperature. It’s an awful place to stay. I will not recommend this place. Just dirty.

I was given room at the highest floor, no window, and the water flow came out from the pipe is very slow. Once there is no electricity. But they treated me and serve me well. They even let us check in earlier 7 am and check out late at 12.30 pm. Thank you so much. And the location is very strategic nearby shops and bars, quite happening. Also near the tourist attraction sites such as Central Market and Royal Palace around 1 km walk. There is also their restaurant on the ground floor so you can chill and hang out with your friends while eating.

I know the room is cheap but I think certain features of the room should be improved. The water pressure for bathing is super low, bathroom door cannot be locked, cleanliness of the room is quite poor.

The room is very small and only have small tube lamp. It was really dark. Air conditioner was not cooling. The staff can’t speak English and he can’t help us to contact the express company.

The truth is that the accommodation is unclean and the service is very poor

Staffs were friendly, they were able to addressed all our concerns and request on time.

Great place, near at river. Good to visit

The shower was not pouring so good so you need more time to clean soap or shampoo out of your body and the toilet was not flushing properly just like you have to flush twice. It was a partially closed bathroom without exhaust fan so it would be quite humid in your room after your shower. Be careful not to push bathroom door to tight since there is no handle bar from inside lol. And there is no real key to my room (2nd floor right at the edge of junction). The positive is the hotel is near to attractions (riverside, royal palace, national museum, etc)

Good service and staff because accept my request to check in 7 a.m after arrive from siem reap. Good location and near with market, riverfront etc.

Lantai kamar kotor dan tampaknya tidak pernah dibersihkan sama sekali

The room is nice, it has TV on it, and it smells nice, it cold but not too cold. The toilet is large but not comfy, the towel hanger cant hang a little bit heavy thing (it'll fall), and there's so many holes on wall.

A nice guesthouse, recommended for backpackers.
