酒店窗户外面风景太漂亮。 酒店周边没有商店、餐厅，用餐只能在酒店唯一的餐厅，但是瑞士的物价比较贵。

Such a beautiful stay. Easy to get to from the train and bus station in Lucerne, just take bus 21 and it takes you straight to the front of the hotel. One of the only properties in Lucerne that is on the lake, we swam in the lake in front of the hotel… we will be back. Rooms were very well maintained and clean.

A fantastic hotel with wonderful views. We received a very nice welcome from the hotel team and they were very helpful during our stay.

Room cleaning was not as expected

Our room with a balcony overlooking the lake was perfect. View was stunning and the room was so clean and updated. We loved having lake access to swim, and the sauna and steam room were an added plus. We had the best dinner service from Carlo and truly enjoyed our time here. Will be recommending to friends who visit!

I loved the location right by the lake. It was very comfortable to relax and take a dip in the lake or the pool. It was also very easy to get to from Lucerne. I was able to go up to Mt. Pilatus do some sightseeing and still have 4 PM onward to relax by the lake for my day trip.

Wow such a stunning location right on lake Luzern. We had lakefront room with balcony. Beautiful location about 15 minutes drive outside of downtown Luzern. It was too cold to use the pool but they have a nice relaxing wellness center with sauna. They have an outdoor hot tub but apparently you had to reserve in advance (which was not explained when we made reservation) so unfortunately we were not able to use. Otherwise the staff was super helpful! You can catch ferry boat right next to the hotel which is nice way to ride into Luzern and see the lake. Would definitely stay here again.

Das Hotel ist schön gelegen doch leider war ich sehr enttäuscht. Ich habe das Hotel gebucht wegen dem Pool, weil ich gerne schwimme. Auf der Hotelbeschreibung steht, der Pool sei von April-Oktober geöffnet. Ich kam Ende April und der Pool war noch geschlossen, obwohl es warmes und sonniges Wetter war. Zudem gab es keine einzige Sitzgelegenheit, ausser auf der Restaurant Terrasse. Alle Sitzgelegenheiten waren verpackt wie im tiefsten Winter. Auch vor dem Wellnessbereich hatte es eine kleine Wiese und dort hätte es Korbstühle gehabt, aber auch diese waren voll eingepackt, keine Möglichkeit sich irgendwo draussen hin zu setzen. Keine Liegestühle nichts... Sonst war alles ok, Frühstück lecker, Zimmer schön und sauber.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, and the view is beautiful. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with a big smile and felt truly comfortable. The staff were kind, caring, and always happy to help. Getting to the city center was super easy, and with a pass from the hotel, we could use public transportation for free. We were very happy with our stay — thank you so much for everything!

The view is paradisiacal. It’s easy to get there from Zurich, with just one bus. The hotel is somewhat old, but very charming.

Mycket vänlig och proffesionell service under tidspress. Speciellt tack till Tainja S i receptionen … hon som skrattar mest. Mycket fint rum med fantastisk utsikt. Bra arrangerad badstrand och fint SPA. Enkel att ta buss till Luzern.

Hotel was gorgeous and right on a lake with mountains all around. Food was spectacular and eating next to the picturesque view made it even better. With all that being said, the front desk kind of stole the show. They were all super friendly, helpful and went out of their way to assist anyway possible.

This hotel is superb. The staff and facilities are wonderful, and the views from the hotel across the lake are truly awesome.

Fabulous hotel with views of Vierwaldsaresee. The staff are amazing!! Rooms clean and well equipped. Food is excellent. Hot tub overlooking the lake is lovely. Bus to Luzern from outside hotel takes 20 mins
