這家飯店整體來說非常棒。房間非常寬敞，我的海景房特別令人愉悅。浴室配備了坐浴盆。此外，飯店也提供面巾，房間的氛圍也相當舒適。然而，早餐卻差強人意。可惜的是，我最近入住期間的早餐選擇略顯不足，種類有限。我原本希望有更多選擇。希望以後的客人能在這方面有所改進。說真的，這裡的工作人員都非常棒。他們真心實意地樂於助人，讓我感覺賓至如歸。這讓整個入住體驗更加愉快。如果您正在尋找一家服務一流的飯店，那就選這裡吧！我簡直不能更滿意了。為了方便客人，飯店提供停車位。這些停車場位置便利，分別位於地下室和飯店後方。

Had a great stay at Hotel Aifa. The room was clean and spacious, staff were friendly, and the location in town is super convenient.

The location is quite centered, near to local cafe/restaurant nearby, only walking distance, near to Labuan Gallery. Had Deluxe room and it was spacious, comfort bed and pillows, very clean room, not to mention the bathroom, very neat and clean. Tried their breakfast and surprisingnya provide variety menu, Asian and Western food available. Definitely recommended hotel to stay in.

1 night book for Executive room around 380+MYR and it's awesome. Best view spot and looks luxury.

Front office staff not well train, Restaurant staff not prepare the table as per usual. No greeting upon arrival, Food serve not up to the expectation. Simple menu.

Hotel yang dekat dengan kota labuan, dan shopping center cukup dengan jalan kaki saja.

Memang terbaik bilik yang disediakan, diharap dapat lagi bilik yang luas tu.

Selimut agak kotor, rupa macam tak ditukar langsung “cover selimut” just cover tilam n bantal jk yang ditukar..

Sangat bagus, cuma kalau boleh harga jangan terlalu tinggi.

Pelayan di tempat makan tidak bagus, air minum cepat habis di tempat sarapan tidak di isi-isi. Dan saya baru makan sekejap makanan terus di simpan. Intinya pelayan di restoran tidak bagus, apa boleh buat karena saya ada anak istri tahan saja.

Makananya sudah habis dan tidak ada buah air pun habis lambat refill balik
