這是一家各方面都非常出色的酒店。員工紀律嚴明，嚴格遵守標準作業流程，並積極主動管理早餐區，為客人提供舒適的用餐體驗。客房服務一流，我們提出的所有要求都得到了完美滿足。此外，飯店地理位置優越，鄰近加雅街。我非常樂意再次入住。

可惜沒有智慧電視/Netflix。不過除此之外，其他都挺好的。早餐也還可以。

我非常享受在這裡的住宿體驗。我喜歡這裡的泳池、豐富的早餐選擇和優質的客戶服務。我一定會再來的。

Dear Hilton Team, My friend and I chose to stay at your outlet based on the positive feedback we had heard about your excellent customer service and high-quality hospitality. Unfortunately, we encountered an unpleasant experience during our check-in process, and we would like to bring this to your attention. We were checking in between 12:00 p.m. and 12:40 p.m. on 12 October 2025. The receptionist (a tall female staff member) was rude and unprofessional towards both of us. 1. We requested twin beds, and the receptionist informed us that only executive rooms were available. We agreed to downgrade from a Premium Executive to an Executive Room, provided that it had a nice view and twin beds. When I asked about the difference in room sizes, the receptionist ignored my question and appeared to be rushing through the process. 2. As the staff was wearing a mask, we could not clearly hear the explanation about our room details. When we politely asked her to repeat, she responded impatiently and rudely, saying, “THE ROOM IS LEVEL 9.” 3. Upon reaching our room, we discovered that the view faced the Holiday Inn, which was not what we had requested. Amidst this unpleasant situation, we were very thankful to be assisted by Diana, who was kind, friendly, and attentive. She helped us resolve the issue and arranged for a new room (Room No. 1023）with a lovely view. We truly appreciate her professionalism and genuine care. While we are grateful for Diana’s assistance, the overall experience at the reception left us disappointed. As the reception team represents the first impression and the values of Hilton, this incident did not reflect the standard of service we expected from such a reputable brand. We hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve training and service standards, ensuring that future guests do not encounter similar experiences. We would also appreciate an update on how this matter is addressed. Thank you for your attention and understanding

The teh tarik is awesome, breakfast spread also great. The ambiance nice.

Our stay was wonderful. Room was spacious, well appointed and clean. Staff was fantastic and helpful. As we stayed in the Executive room, the access to the Executive Lounge was very convenient. It was a great place to enjoy a cuppa during our schedule breaks.

Great clean room. Comfortable stay. The bathroom did not have the full amenities, but more than good enough for a one night stay.

A bit dissatisfied on my stay. My card not active on last day. Tried to call front desk using the phone at the lift but no answer. Tried to call 1 no where they normally SMS & greet you. No answer. Had to return at counter, leaving all my things in front of my room door. They activated my card and I finally able to return to room again. Wasted time over waiting for my call to be answered after long hectic day. Room was spacious and nice. A bit dark at working area but they provided table lamp.

Had a one day staycation with family! Its good to be back in Hilton. Love the breakfast menu! And thank you front office for the late check out. Definitely will come back.

My first time staying in Hilton Kota Kinabalu and it was fabulous! It is located in the city centre and easily accessible to everywhere! The staffs are all very courteous and helpful! Will definitely book my stay with Hilton KK in my future trips!

Everything is amazing! Wish we stay longer. The privacy is secured. Soundproof alright and so comfortable. Smart tv can connect to phone so no more boring channels. Thank you for the great experience, Hilton KK! Highly recommended.

Bad experienced. I request for a non -smoking room. When I check-in, the receptionist informed me non-smoking room is not available now and assigned a smoking room for me. When I step out from the lift, the whole corridor smelled of smoke. When I entered the room, it also smelled of smoke, which made me a headache. I called and asked to change to anotherroom, and finally they gave me a larger room, but there were some minor problems also. Overall, I am not happy to the stay.
