The service was superb😍 Saya stayed for 2 nights and it was super comfy. I really appreciate the homestay admin that was super helpful, patient, and fast response. The room is nice, Wi-Fi is good, the hot water also👍 They even gave me egg as a complimentary not only coffee and tea😅 I really love the lobby and kitchen. It helps the guests to stay comfy while waiting time to check in. We can cook, make coffee and tea, reheat food, etc. Don’t worry if you cannot check in early and want to go out! They facilitate us with toilet so we can go shower and go out for a walk even though we are not checked in yet. You can keep your luggages at lobby, it is safe!!🥰 P.S.: Unfortunately, I didn’t take a lot pics of the homestay, I only take video huhu, but it was as same as the online pics.

Mình ở phòng Minimalism city view tầng 2. - Phòng to, rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, có cửa sổ to nhưng view hướng ra bức tường phía đối diện home nên cũng không ngắm nhìn được gì, bạn nào chỉ có nhu cầu ngủ nghỉ thì book phòng này ổn rồi ạ, còn thích view đẹp thì nên chọn căn khác giá nhỉnh hơn nha. - Home có phòng khách to rộng rãi, có ghế sofa và chăn mỏng cho khách nghỉ tạm đến giờ checkin (sáng sớm Sapa rất lạnh nên có chăn ấm đệm êm để nghỉ cũng sung sướng lắm rồi), nhà vệ sinh ở phòng khách cũng thơm và sạch lắm. - Hệ thống checkin out tự động cũng rất tiện lợi. Nói chung là nên ở nha mọi người 🥰

It’s a self check in hostel, everything very digital. The room so clean!! But they don’t provide toothpaste and toothbrush

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time in Sapa and our stay in DHome of course :) We got free Vietnamese Bread for breakfast from the hotel too! It tasted so good! The location too! I love it, so close to Sapa City Center :) But here's a suggestion for hotel improvement: we were kind of confused and disappointed when we got back from travelling around Sapa City to our room in the evening because it turned out our room wasn't cleaned by the hotel staff. Please improve that part :) Overall, we were so happy staying in DHome Sapa :) Will recommend this accommodation to our friend! Thank you so much!

Can store your luggage at their lobby before check in & after check out. Also, have a toilet at their lobby. Contact the hotel first for your QR code to get in the hotel. Got 2 separate rooms for 4 people (2 persons each).

Staff hotel pelayanannya sangat ramah dan membantu waktu saya cek in agak pagi dan tempatnya seperti rumah sendiri yang bisa memakai peralatan dapur untuk memasak dan lain-lain, lokasinya dekat Stasiun Fansipan dan di depannya kalau malam suasana sangat ramai, banyak orang lagi perform.

Rất tuyệt luôn ạ. Nằm ở trung tâm dễ di chuyển, giá cả siêu hợp lý. Các bạn nhân viên, lễ tân cũng hỗ trợ siêu nhiệt tình. Không gian ấm cúng, tiện lợi😍

phòng đẹp, rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, thoải mái, nhiều góc chụp ảnh đẹp, cho nhóm mình gửi đồ từ sớm và check in sớm 1 tiếng, phòng khách có sofa to có thể nghỉ ngơi, nếu lần sau quay lại sapa sẽ vẫn chọn khách sạn này
