The face of the hotel was a bit scary, even the sofa in the lobby was a bit awkward to be seated since it was closed.

The staff are great, I commend their service but there is no complementary toothbrush and slippers, bed frame is defective (hope they can fix it) and there is a little cockroach. But its all fine I like the attitude of the staff.

My dad said, it was nice, clean and decent place for a temporary stay.

The place was clean and hotel staff were courteous and friendly. Please schedule deep cleaning of shower heads.

People there were accommodating and nice, especially Sam. Their lines are working and always open. So, if ever you have questions you could easily send a text message or call or even in emails, they are all responsive! Kudos!

1. no one assisted me going to the room or no one help me carry my bag no one greeted at me the receptionist seems very busy and rushing things she does not explain some details like the free wifi,etc. at the cr, no free toothbrush and toothpaste no slippers available but overall, it's okay. the room was clean and comfy. but staffs seems not friendly.

Highly recommended. The room was clean and well-organized. The receptionist even helped me find a phone charger because I forgot mine. So kind and accommodating! 💯

Parking: we didn't have any problem, smooth lang. It was even a saturday. Room: decent size, I liked how it was designed very efficient positioning and furnitures. Bathroom: super clean, nice hot shower, very steady steam, unlike others na the water's temp is getting high the longer you stay at the shower, this one is steady. Toilet has bidet. Aircon is good. TV a little bit small for my liking. Wifi unstable. Pleasant employees. Great deal! More power.

the place is so good and clean. the staffs are friendly and courteous. we did not expect such a nice room for that room rate. its really awesome!!!

The beddings smells bad had a foul odor need to be wash very well.
