Great place, we stayed one night right off Cotswold walk. Room clean, new, staff warm and friendly, food, good. It was a good stay.

Nice room in a cute town. But after letting the water run for 10 minutes to get hot water without any sign of it, we went to the reception to see if there was a button we needed to press to “start” the hot water, but they just brushed it off to let the water run until it got hot. Eventually we gave up, and this after 5-6 hours of walking. But the pub food was very good.

Helpful, friendly staff who made the stay really enjoyable. Great food and a good selection of beers. A clean comfortable room with an excellent shower. Strongly recommend staying here.

Very basic inn room with no amenities. Bring your own toiletries as they do not provide them (soaps, shampoo, etc). Insulation of rooms was mid - you could hear people in the hallways clearly but I does quiet down early. Shower was very poor - no shower curtain provided so bathroom gets soaking wet. It’s a tub shower that has seen better days. Staff did not share vital information about room and building access when we checked in. This caused a lot of frustration and potential safety issues later in the evening. Room was spacious and bed was very comfy.

Staff excellent, basic amenities lacking in room and condition of fittings/shower etc rather tired.

Breakfast was served in the bar atea, and rather cramped. Food choice was reasonable. Didnt find the staff too welcoming or friendly. This pub has live entertainment so can be very noisy, if staying there. Rooms q cold, especially in the mornings when no central heating was on. There was a plug-in electric heater, however.

Booked a superior double room for my birthday but was given a very small room with only just room to walk around the bed. Shower only. Room stuffy. Tissue box empty. No water provided. Staff abrupt and unfriendly

Bit of a pain having to park down the road and the shower temperature was very difficult to control. Food was good, staff were helpful and service was good.

I was there to work a geocaching event. The hotel was near everything you could need, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Easy to check in and out, pub had great food and drinks, great view from our room as well, loved the town!
