A very classic English hotel with a new renovation. Excellent service. The breakfast is exceptionally good. The restaurant's view is stunning especially during summer sunset.

Nice hotel right on the seafront, a little dated but clean and tidy. Nice breakfast overlooking the beach.

Although there is a lift there's stairs steps to access it. There's steps at the entrance with a stair chair - useless with the luggage. Poor selection of food. Could not eat at our desired time due to coach parties. Breakfast was poor- not very flavoursome. We found another restaurant to eat in during the day

Pleasant, clean and functional. Staff were very polite and helpful, especially the members serving breakfast. Very accomodating. Food was fresh and tastey. Plenty of parking avaliable with a choice of 2 car parks. On the quiter side of the prom so quitr peacful in the evening with the waterways opposite to stroll through early morning or late evening in the summer. The lifts are very old and small, but add a nice degree of character. Something we liked about the rooms that some people these days may not is the fact that we had a physical key to the our roomdoor instead of a more modern key card. Inside the rooms were suprisingly modern with air conditioning, flat screen tv and mini fridge. Also liked our children having their own seperate sleep area with bunk beds. Would highly recommend, and we will hopefully find time to return in the future.

The room was clean and inviting. Plenty of space to spread out. The evening meal was a pleasure, 10 out of 10 to the chef and the service staff. The bed was great, and I slept well. Breakfast again was a great meal and more on offer than just the standard English; being near the coast, there were plenty of fish options to tuck into. Will definitely stay with them again in the future.

Lovely 2 night stay. Great to get an onsite parking space. Restaurant food was fabulous for breakfast and dinner. Staff were great especially Jill & her restaurant team. Will return again soon.

Safe parking didn’t use the bar

My fourth time staying here in the last few months on business, always a good experience. All the staff I met were friendly, professional and courteous - I didn’t get everyone’s names but Tina on reception, Tina, Paula and Holly in the restaurants / at breakfast. I was upgraded to a partial sea view room which was clean, adequate space and was quiet overnight. Good parking facilities, ideal location on the sea front, comfortable bed. I’ll be back again next week ! One thing I will say in case management ever read these is that it’s your STAFF who make a good hotel, please make sure they are made aware of feedback like this. Thank you.

Free parking friendly staff nice big room and nice breakfast

We had a lovely 4 night stay while visiting family in Great Yarmouth. The staff was first class and took care of our every need. We had a great breakfast each morning and a very good light dinner on one night during our stay. We will stay at the Imperial Hotel on our next visit.

Needs updating , foul smell when entering the stairs , carpets need cleaning, shower was very poor

Staff were friendly, parking was free, room was clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the circulation of heat was really bad. We were in a family room which had a little section that had the kids bunk bed in. Most of the heat came from the main room and was situated directly above our bed. The bathroom and kids part was very cold even when we kept doors open, didn’t make a difference one bit. Made the stay funny.
