房間很小，在一樓，沒有景觀，但價格卻和有景觀的房間一樣。沒有景觀的房間不值這個價錢。上屋頂露台需要每人至少支付1200泰銖，這是酒店的規定。

Kedua kalinya saya menginap di Riva Arun, pelayanan tetap baik dan ramah, keramahan yang membuat kita rindu kembali ke Riva Arun, view-nya juara, makanan yang enak, kamar yang bersih dan wangi. We love Riva Arun.

Ruangan persis seperti di foto, cukup menyenangkan menginap di sini selama 2 malam, staff sangat ramah dan sangat membantu selama saya menginap, pemandangan dari balkon kamar spektakuler terutama di malam hari. Kekurangannya: jacuzzi kurang berfungsi dengan baik, seperti bathtub saja tidak ada jet airnya. Lalu pintu geser di kamar mandi terlalu berat, sulit untuk anak saya membuka dan menutup pintu gesernya, anak saya sampai terjepit jarinya waktu menggeser pintunya, hati-hati buat yang punya anak saat anak ke kamar mandi.

The staffs were so welcoming and friendly, especially one boy named Tobby, he is the best. Room is quite small, but the view is a bomb! Right at the opposite of the famous Wat Arun. The first thing I saw when I go to sleep and wake up is Wat Arun. I had a dinner at the rooftop restaurant named Above Riva. Ordered 2 dishes, pad thai (one of the worst pad thai i've ever had in my entire life) and spring roll (kind of okay-ish) and a glass of cocktail (so good, it saved made my night at that time). The view from the restaurant was great. You can see Wat Arun and majestic Grand Palace lighted up at night. The receptionist gave me a custom greeting card when I checked out. So cute.

บรรยากาศดีมากๆเลยค่ะ ห้องนอนนี่เห็นวิวชัดเจน ห้องนอนสะอาด นอนสบาย อุปกรณ์ครบครัน ชอบมากๆ พนักงาน บริการดีเยี่ยมทุกคน น่ารัก หาของกินง่ายมากเดินไปเที่ยวไหนต่อไหน กลับมาพักนอนหายเหนื่อย ก็ไปเที่ยวต่อได้ค่ะ บรรยากาศ roof top คือดีค่ะ

Hotel baru yang letaknya dekat kemana-mana, tinggal jalan kaki ke Wat Pho, Wat Arun dan Grand Pallace, samping hotel tempat message khas thailand. Kafe di rooftopnya bagus sekali, viewnya ke Wat Arun dan Wat Pho...

I didn’t expect much to begin with however arriving there changed my perception entirely. The staff were friendly and helpful; the hotel was beautifully decorated and super clean. Our room was small but super cozy and comfortable. The lightning was perfect and the window view was amazing as it faces to Chao Praya River. Totally recommended for any traveler who’d like to explore Bangkok.

Great hotel in the great location with very beautiful view to Wat Arun Temple. It will be better if they can give breakfast which is including the the room price.

พนักงานน่ารักมาก ทักทายลูกค้าและให้ความช่วยเกลือเป็นอย่างดี ที่นอนนุ่มและสะอาดมาก นอนมองแม่น้ำมองวัดอรุณหลับไปพร้อมกับวิววัดอรุณสวยๆ ประทับใจมาก ต้องมาครั้งที่สองแน่ๆ
