Beautiful setting. Peaceful. Relaxing.

Hotel and surroundings were beautiful. Location was great and restaurant staff was super friendly. The lady who did our check in and check out was not so friendly and she kept our passports and forgot to give them back. The hotel called our tour guide and thankfully we were at the canyon and able to return to Chivay to retrieve it. The tour guide said that this is a common occurrence at this hotel and a major inconvenience. Management needs to address this issue. Otherwise the hotel was wonderful.

Good starting point for Colca by car

Beautiful location, the hot springs were wonderful and there's access to the river. Staff was very nice and accommodating even though our Spanish is terrible. They helped us connect with our tour to Colca Canyon in the morning. Breakfast buffet was nice. The room was cozy and comfortable.
