Great location, clean and fun!

Like the location, close to all amenities

Ground floor was a little noisy since close to the main street. Room is clean but much smaller than expected. convinient to go to the park and shops near the lake.

Lovely location - easy walking to many restaurants and waterfront. Nice to have coffee and tea bar with options for types of milk. Staff are amazingly friendly and informative! Love this hotel

The security woman was amazing, she was incredibly kind and helpful. The front desk team was great as well and made everything easy. I ended up meeting some really awesome people staying there who turned into friends, which made the experience even better. The place was super comfortable and in a great location, close to everything. I would definitely stay here again

Great location and cool rooms but a little pricy for mid-April

Really great hotel and staff. Very laidback vibe. Wonderful games room with music, ping pong, books, games...ans our room was spotless. Definitely recommend.

This plus is just awesome

I can't say enough great stuff about Zed!!! The decore was so fun and everything was very inviting. The staff were incredibly kind, and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. It was nice having options for places to hang out, and it seemed like there was quite a diverse group of guests of all ages and lifestyles. Also, it is in a fantastic location! I will be staying with them again for sure.

This is a great little hotel right in downtown Kelowna. Everything was very clean nicely appointed cheerful colors. Great price.Rooms are basically furnished but definitely have everything you need. There was a fridge but no tea or coffee capability but that’s available in the lobby anyway. It’s a great place to stay with dogs because there is a park just across the road and also an enclosed dog exercise area. Fabulous location. My only negative comment is that the window was sealed shut so the room was very stuffy, even with the air conditioning on or the heat on the room remained stuffy and had a slight smell to it I’m not sure that’s to code, but I suspect it must be if all the rooms have sealed windows. If they would just put windows that would open then I would make this one of my places to stay in Kelowna on our frequent trips there but it’s unlikely I would go back because of this.
