예약내역에 대해서 처음에 착오가있던점 빼고는 전반적으로 완벽했습니다.

혼자 프라이빗하게 쓸 수 있는 공간, 주인분의 따뜻하고 친절한 안내 덕분에 이틀동안 편안하게 묵고 왔어요. 싱글룸이지만 혼자 쓰기 넉넉한 공간이고 외국인 게스트 분들도 계셔서 이국적인 느낌도 물씬나고 함께 소통할 수 있어서도 좋았어요. 다음에 또 수원가게 되면 또 갈 예정입니다. 수원역에서는 조금 거리가 있지만 보안도 잘 되어있고 안전하고 편안해서 정말 만족한 숙소랍니다:D

The Welcome House was exactly what we thought it was, a great value in a good neighborhood. It provided exactly what we wanted, a clean room, safe area, proximity to public transportation. It wasn't anything fancy, but would stay again, without hesitation. Issue- double booking I had a situation where I accidentally double booked the hotel, and despite the hotel being able to keep 1 night on the reservation I cancelled, they didn't, they cancelled without penalty. For this reason, I would, as a former "Road Warrior", with over 30 years on the road, in over 35 countries, say the hotel showed they understand the what "Great Customer Service" means.
