This hotel was a delight to stay in. I had a comfortable room with a good bathroom. The communal areas of this hotel are absolutely lovely in my opinion. I like their style. My breakfast was excellent. The staff were very considerate and helpful. I would like to stay here again when in the Richmond area. Many thanks.

案内された部屋は綺麗であったが、洗面台の栓が開かず→水が流れず。 ホテルより、すぐには修理不可の為、部屋の変更打診あり。 変更後の部屋は、狭く設備も若干劣った。 部屋の清掃スタッフは洗面台の栓が壊れていることはわかっているはずであり、ホテルフロントとの連携が不十分と思える。

Breakfast was way too expensive

We love the location, and that it came with free parking. The breakfast was very good, and dining room waitstaff were excellent. Our dinner was also very good. The shower pressure was horrible…a mere trickle (staff did not have any sympathy for that complaint) and there was no air-conditioning and we stayed during a heat wave so that wasn’t pleasant. Luckily, we were able to open the windows and let in some fresh air at night. It was the most expensive stay of our trip, and the least enjoyable (because of the shower, small room size, and temperature of the room being in the 80s). Fantastic location for walking along the river, parks or shops.

The hotel is lovely and the location is great. Unfortunately it doesn’t have Air-conditioning in the room and we stayed on the hottest day of the year so far. We were lucky enough to have the penthouse suite so there was lots of space but no mini bar or air con which should be basic when paying that sort of money. The food is ok. Breakfast was included which was great as I would have not wanted to pay the £36 each for a standard cooked breakfast.

Excellent welcome and the staff were super friendly. Room was gorgeous and spacious and beds were comfortable. Although the service and atmosphere was amazing, the breakfast was a little on the small side

No AC in the rooms - so if it is hot in London, the room will feel like an oven No drawers to unpack luggage Even our deluxe room felt very minimal except for the view on the balcony

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous grounds in a great location. Loved our stay! The breakfast is really nice. Our room was very comfortable and lovely.

I love this hotel. It is beautiful with with very good staff, a great bar and excellent food. A recommendation I would make is to offer fruit rather than meat/cheese with the cereal breakfast option. It's about 5 minutes to walk to Richmond Park or the river and a 20 minutes walk to the station. There is parking onsite.

The breakfast was great. We had afternoon tea which was fantastic. Quite a view from the dining room.

Perfect spot in Richmond. Small but well appointed rooms. Quiet, serene location.

The hotel is well located and a pleasant walk into Richmond. Our ‘superior’ room was well decorated but very small with very limited storage space - no drawers and limited hanging space. We had to ask for a table to be removed from the room so had space to lay our standard sized case, given there was no where to unpack our things. We didn’t eat in the hotel as breakfast was very expensive and there were plenty of other options in Richmond. A pleasant stay but not sure I would choose it again.
