Phòng sạch sẽ, có đồ uống, kem miễn phí. Tuy nhiên hơi bất tiện thì nhân viên nam vẫn ra vào khu vực dành cho nữ, không có tủ locker để đồ, chỉ có 2 phòng tắm, 1 phòng vệ sinh, cách âm kém

Máy lạnh mở quá lạnh, ko ngủ được. Không cho gửi hành lý lại khi check out. Muốn gửi lại phải trả tiền. Tắm phải trả tiền. Sau khi check out, ngồi ở lobby đợi tới giờ ra sân bay, cũng không cho ngồi. Nói chung không thích. Về độ sạch sẽ thì 10 điểm

Not really satisfied with this hotel.. except the strategic place and cleanliness, I just realized that the facilities that we have to pay for 200¥ from the booking information, it is for shower.. so everytime you want to get shower you have to pay 200¥ for 30 minutes and the time will start from the moment you pay and pick up the key for shower room until you come back to give the key back on the other floor of your room.. if you go more than 30 mins, you have to pay more 200¥ .. it's just same I think for toilet (not really sure because it's written in Japanese), more than 10 minutes you in toilet room, you have to pay 200¥.. there is tv in your capsule but have to pay 300¥ to watch it.. Fantastic ! after check out, you have to take out all of your luggage because they don't have luggage space and for women room, don't be surprised because the man staff will always come into women area for cleaning and checking all day long.

It was quite a nice hostel with clean capsule pod and facilities. Location was excellent. They give free soft drinks and soft ice cream. However I think they have annoyingly inefficient system. You enter from 7th floor, then given access to the room on 6th or 5th floor which is accessible by stairs only. When you want to shower you have to report to the reception on 7th floor, pay 200 yen where the 30 mins countdown begins, then quickly rush to 6th floor again to shower, and then back to 7th floor again to stop the timer and return the towel. If you forget the 200 yen they won’t let you shower first and pay later (which is ridiculous cos who wants to run away with 200 yen anyway), so staying here requires lots of going up and down the stairs (which is annoying if you’ve had a long day of walking). I personally don’t mind the 200 yen but they should improve the system for example by giving shower coupon or something to reduce the number of times needed to go up and down the stairs. Staffs could be more customer-centric and flexible by letting the guest shower first and pay later if they forget the 200 yen (after all, they could have charged it before the guest checks out!). Seems like cleaning is not done daily if you stay for more than a day, and the male staffs would enter the female area many many times for checking / cleaning (which is usually not the case in many gender-segregated hostels). Staff’s English is limited (normal in Japan). It was overall a decent stay for me, thanks to the location, but next time I will find a place with better system and value.

Chổ nghỉ ngay trung tâm chính của Tokyo,xung quanh rất nhộn nhịp.Khách sạn sạch sẽ nhưng không thích cách phục vụ ở đây. Khi tôi check out, tôi có nhờ để Vali lại 1 tiếng để tôi đi ăn sáng và về lấy. Nhưng họ nhất quyết không cho và bắt phải mang đi luôn. Làm cho tôi phải khó khăn kéo vali to đùng đi tìm chổ ăn. Và chổ nghỉ được phân làm 2 khu, khu nữ và khu nam. Lẽ ra khu Nữ không nên cho người quản lý Nam vào khu này, mà nên để cho quản lý nữ vào coi sóc trong khu này thì đúng hơn. Mặc dù khu Nữ này cũng có phục vụ phòng nữ nhưng thỉnh thoảng tôi vẫn thấy quản lý cứ vào coi coi rồi thay thay gì đó. Họ cứ vào coi chúng tôi có ồn ào gì không, hay có làm mất vệ sinh gì không? cứ vào dòm ngó làm tôi thấy không thoải mái như bị canh gác.
