Nice little B&B in the heart of Pattaya. If one is driving it would be wise to call ahead so they can clear a spot for a vehicle. Parking is only on the narrow one way street. The room was okay, the water was hot and the ac was cold. We did not eat the free breakfast so I have no comment about it.
