無邊際泳池非常棒。但是路很陡，去那裡不太方便。我們在入住期間遇到了好幾件事，其中最嚴重的是下面這件事。為了避免誤解，我們預訂的是一棟有私人泳池的別墅。當時我十幾歲的女兒正在別墅裡玩，兩個工人去維修我們私人泳池下面的設施，進入了我們以為只有我們兩個人的別墅區域。酒店事先沒有告知我們，這讓我們感覺受到了嚴重的侵犯。我們是兩個獨自旅行的女性，沒想到在一個穆斯林國家，我們的隱私會被兩個男人這樣侵犯。當我們向前台反映情況時，他們說這只是溝通上的誤會，因為他們以為我們還在公共區域吃早餐。但我們告訴前台接待員阿卜杜勒，在他確認別墅和泳池的清潔工作完成後，我們正要回別墅。所以我們當時的位置很清楚，如果有什麼溝通上的誤會，那也是飯店團隊內部的問題。酒店提供了免費早餐，但這並不能彌補我們遇到的麻煩。那位女前台接待員人很好，在我們入住期間一直很熱情地幫助我們。她竭盡所能讓我們感到賓至如歸。

七海度假村是龍目島的一顆隱藏的寶石，最適合那些追求美景和精品奢華體驗而非喧囂度假村氛圍的旅客。員工熱情周到，令人倍感親切。

We are happy we chose Seven Havens. The view is very nice. The villa is located on a hill, which we can enjoy solitude tranquil. Staff have been nice to us, especially Ujee and Nani, who give us very useful information on this island.

Pelayanan sangat baik, ramah, dan staff sangat membantu. Staff mau antar jemput tamu & membelikan makanan. Tempat bersih dan sangat indah, patut dicoba kalau ke Lombok!

Over all semua bagus, pelayanan mantap. Terima kasih Pak Wawan dan team selama saya stay disana banyak membantu.

Pengalaman tak terlupakan di 7Havens, Perjalanan dari bandara tidak memakan waktu terlalu lama, kondisi Jalan menuju 7havens baik. Lokasi “tersembunyi” dengan pemandangan indah, akan tetapi cukup dekat dari pantai pantai/tempat wisata. Kamar bersih, manager beserta staff sangat ramah, bila kami membutuhkan sesuatu, mereka sigap membantu.

I went to Lombok with my husband and we stayed at Seven Havens Residence. The staff were very friendly. The Manager Mr. Wawan was very helpful and kind too. The room was huge, clean and beautiful. We got best view from our room. The breakfast was so tasty and many choices. We really enjoyed our stay at Seven Havens Residence. One of the best place to stay in Lombok 😎 Can't hardly wait to come back!

Seven havens are very private and convenient for those who look for an ultimate healing experience. I stay with my wife here and we are really thrilled with the view and ambience of the place. One of the most unique and relatively good price residents to stay in the Selong Belanak area.

Best place ever in your life! I do actually have an expectation about the room (With private pool), but I never seen any better than this silence and healing nuance? Seven havens one of the wonderful place to stay in my whole life, yet. They even could take us to lop airport with private car (Price affordable) The staff are wholesome kind😳 couldn't ask for more. Never wrote a review with this warm-hearted and being very honest. Seven havens deserve more ❤️✨
