The people who work there are excellent, I totally recommend it.

Everything was perfect

It was an amazing stay at the resort esp if you are traveling with kids. It had a perfect combination of activities for both adults and kids. The property were upto date with ongoing construction in some area of the resort, but it didnt effect the stay. The staffs are super helpful and friendly. The water park for the kids is perfect. Overall amazing experience with everything.

Eli personal no respeta la estadía en las habitaciones, hacen mucho ruido cuando están en labores de limpieza en otras habitaciones hablan mucho y fuerte también bromean en los pasillo y tiran las cosas nos despertaron varias días.

La propiedad en si es muy agradable y excelente para los niños y padres,el servicio varia de los trabajadores,algunos te tratan amable y otros ni q decir,la limpieza depende d quien t toque y no lavan las paredes de la ducha o el baño,y necesita actualizaciones en las habitaciones,especielmente en los baños donde no tienen extractor

We’re so grateful to have celebrated my son’s special day here. The facilities are always on point and service impeccable. The team really goes above and beyond to ensure each guest is accommodated and happy. They also keep the room and grounds immaculately clean. This is our second time here and look forward to staying at the other Bahia Principe properties

It’s a nice place to vacation. The room service wasn’t so great. The house keep never came and I had to request several times to clean the room.

El hotel en general es excelente para familias con niños, los restaurantes con reserva exquisitos, los buffet de desayuno, almuerzo y cena muy variados y comida de calidad. Debería mejorar la atención al cliente y la amabilidad de bartenders y meseros. Hubo sus excepciones claro está de algunos meseros y meseras que nos atendieron muy bien pero fueron la minoría. Las actividades de día muy buenas, y la piscina es bellísima y muy grande. En las noches los show son bastante promedios, nada muy espectacular. Recomendación cambiar los muebles de ratán, los cojines de las sillas en el área del lobby donde te sientes te da rash la madera.

Kids water park closed for majority of the stay. Rude and unresponsive staff.

I stayed at this resort for 7 days with my three children and we had an amazing time, they were offered kid friendly cocktails the staff were so nice and had activities in the main pool. Water park and access to multiple resorts walking distance. I would recommend this resort to families
