We didn’t use any of the amenities but the room was great and we slept great.

Very well maintained hotel. Spacious rooms. Extremely clean. Continental breakfast was very good. Wish we could stay more nights!

This spot was great. Not too far from west Edmonton mall, plus there are many options near by for “ necessity items “ while on vacation. The staff were great, accommodating, and probably the fastest elevator I’ve ever been in ( awesome ). We have a family of four, so to have a continental breakfast included in our stay helps with our vacation budget and sanity. Let me tell you, the continental breakfast did not disappoint ( our kids loved it and so did we ). Highly recommend this place.

Jackie,Shae and Naz were amazing can’t say enough good about them .. Downfall.. they were over busy running front, bar and food orders there def needs to be one assigned person to serve bar and food as you had to wait sometimes 20 min to be served in lounge.. not the ladies fault it’s a poor management issue for sure .. please assign a person specifically for that so those poor ladies weren’t run off their feet trying to keep everyone happy

Good value for nice breakfast but very busy

Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was all good and everything was always refilled right away and looked after. Will recommend it for sure. Small bar but they had all you needed.

Second time staying at this property. Hotel was very busy and breakfast had long lineups, but still found places to sit and staff kept refilling the buffet. Room was well anpponted and quiet despite being on the 2nd floor . I still think that the powdered eggs or whatever they’re doing with them need to be re-thought. Really not good.

Pool was great for the kids. Everything was nice and clean. The breakfast was well stocked with a range of options. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. The bar isn't much but they have what you need!

Amazing Experience!

Big room for the four of us. The staff were great and the complimentary breakfast was perfect. The only issues were that there were not enough plug-ins on either side of the bed. We brought an extension cord in case this happened and we used it. The beds squeak when you roll over. The room was not supplied with enough blankets for the pull out couch. We have stayed here before and we will probably do so again as it is good for our budget.

Very nice breakfast which was different every day. Pool and spa were appreciated after a travelling day.
