清清潔整齊，位置非常好，附近有超市和便利店，附近亦有很多食店，宵夜也很方便。

地點方便，但房間細小，本來預訂了queen bed，但入房後發現只有twin bed size。 沒有服務可言，典型的business hotel

購物方便，住宿安靜、清潔及舒適。

近岩國站。 若不住温泉旅館，可住此有湯温泉浸，早餐豐富，是便宜的選擇 。 我訂的客房有按摩椅，住宿舒服。

不要再入住，毛巾有血跡，枕頭有頭髮，床鋪發霧，地毯污，無樣好

Great location on the Main road, close to everything.

自動販売機にアルコールがない大浴場があるのに残念

希望したお部屋を用意していただき、快適に過ごせました。

部屋にマッサージ機があり、リラックスできた。ビジネスホテルなのに大浴場があるので広い浴槽に入り手足を伸ばしくつろげた。フロントの対応も良い。

The hotel itself it nice but sound carries from other rooms

Small room and bathroom, grateful that nearby station wasn’t busy because every train was clearly audible from the room. Staff was nice. Breakfast was typical for Japan but not for Western tastes.

My stay at Green Rich was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
