目前為止在雅加達住過的最好的飯店🤍。一直都很喜歡威斯汀飯店，從員工到房間氛圍，都是一流的。

I Choose the Westin to celebrate my 11th married anniversary. The cake... Ohhhhh that was the most delicious and wonderful taste of chocolate . Unfortunately, I Couldn't try visit Henshin but it's ok I Will come again and again.. The ambience of the hotel was incredible, the room is magnificold. The service and hospitality was insane. The hotelier was very helpful and friendly I Will be back to celebrate any other celebration at Westin. Thank You Westin for the incredible experience...

Cari parkir, ke concierge, ke resepsionis untuk check-in, sampai ke kamar perjalanannya lumayan ribet. Mesti ganti lift, transit di lantai 52, baru bisa ke kamar. Kasur sangat empuk, tipe yang super empuk bantalnya juga. Kebersihan kamar dan kamar mandi super sekali :) Sarapannya enak, variasi cukup, tapi desain restorannya bikin lumayan pusing keliling-keliling. Not a deal breaker though! Tapi open kitchen yang gak terlalu banyak partisi ngasih ilusi lebih terbuka dan luas.

Just had the most refreshing long weekend at The Westin—the facilities were top-notch! Loved the exclusive club access, relaxing jacuzzi session, and honestly, the breakfast spread was next level. Exactly what I needed to recharge!

The staff is very friendly. The room is very clean and comfortable bedding. The breakfast is also nice. I got compliments for my birthday stay, Karen and team decorated the mirror and the towel, and I also got the mini cake 🎂. Thank you. Will stay again next time.

Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay at The Westin Jakarta. As a 5-star hotel, I had high expectations for exceptional service, but unfortunately, these were not met. In fact, I've received better service at newer establishments, despite The Westin's longstanding presence. Parking Signage Upon arrival, I found the parking signage to be inadequate. There were no clear directions to guide guests from the parking area to the hotel entrance. For instance, at Hotel Indonesia Kempinski, even though it's integrated with a mall, the signage is clear and helpful. Check-In Experience During check-in, I was assisted by a receptionist named Sherafina, who appeared more aloof than professional. When she inquired about my Marriott membership, I was searching my email for details, and my husband mentioned he had a membership. Her response was, "We need the membership under your name." A more courteous reply would have been appreciated, such as, "Thank you, Sir, for being a Marriott member. However, we require the membership to match the reservation name." It felt as though our booking through Traveloka for just one night influenced the level of service we received. Swimming Pool Area The atmosphere at the swimming pool was quite stuffy, with poor air circulation. To make matters worse, a child vomited, and the unpleasant odor lingered due to inadequate ventilation. In contrast, Pan Pacific's indoor pool has excellent air circulation, making for a more comfortable experience. Heavenly Spa Service I inquired about available slots at the Heavenly Spa and was told they were fully booked, which I understood. However, when I mentioned that my earlier call went unanswered, the staff replied, "Perhaps we were busy." Such a response lacked the professionalism expected from a spa in a 5-star hotel. It made me reconsider spending money on a massage there, fearing the quality of service I might receive.

Westin Jakarta was a good hotel a few years ago, but it's now below a 4-star hotel quality. Most of the employees are not trained well and opened my room door by using their card without my permission. It was very surprising. Not only that, but also I did experience a delayed check-in. Even though the check-in time was 3 PM, I was able to check in at 4:18 PM because the staff said that they needed to check the room status. It was an entirely terrible experience. If you are looking for a 5-star hotel, go somewhere else.

Stay in for birthday trip. Staffs are very nice and thoughtful for the guest. Meals are nice, sauna is great, pools great. Will consider to do another staycation in westin

The hotel, the food, the staffs all are wonderful. Me and my son really had a wonderful time there. Thank you for Mba Lusi from the Henshin restaurant (I love the food there) and the breakfast staffs for the great services. We will come back again for sure ❤️.

Dari awal masuk hotel, check in and out, semua petugas sangat ramah, minta difoto dengan senang hati membantu, minta tambahan bantal dan dental kit pun cepat diberi. Kamar hotel yang luas, nyaman, dan bersih dan dapat di lantai 60 wow view city gedung-gedung yang tinggi dan bisa lihat sunrise dan sunset sungguh sangat berkesan. Makanannya pun bervariasi dan enak-enak, jusnya asli buah, madu asli, pokoknya berkualitas sekali. Pasti akan balik kembali.

We had a wonderful stay at The Westin! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the breakfast spread—plenty of delicious options to start the day. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. We were also celebrating my partner's birthday, and they went the extra mile to make it special. Overall, it was a great stay and we'd definitely come back again!

Pengalaman terbaik. Pertama kali nginep di Westin, pertama kali coba yang tipe Renewal Corner. Staf Front Office nya ramah sekali, terutama mas-mas yang saat itu melayani saya di Receptionist. Kamar nya super nyaman sekali.
