Located in city center with very welcoming staff. The room is in almost excellent condition and the bathroom is perfect too. Just one thing being a problem - the WIFI. If you are on a business trip or you need to use much WIFI, avoid this hotel. Otherwise it is a very good hotel for you

I have to say this is a perfect hotel to us in Barcelona. It’s located in the convenient place. It’s easy to use public transportation and going around downtown area. I believe I will stay at the same place again.

地點非常好，出門就是地鐵，機場巴士也只需步行5-10分鐘，蘭布拉大道及加泰隆尼亞廣場都只需步行5分鐘，吃飯或觀光都非常方便，唯一缺點是飯店房間有點小，沒浴缸，想放鬆泡澡是無法的。

地點鬧中取靜 各景點走路坐車都方便 客房很清潔 沐浴用品也不錯 服務人員每個都笑容滿面 客人要求都很願意幫助解決 早餐料理特別棒 餐廳服務人員更貼心

Before arrival we just shared the Information with the hotel, that our Flight is coming early and that we will arrive early. And that we know, that early Check in is only upon availability but if not if we can store our luggage. The only answer was: Check in is at 3 pm… we were clearly aware. At 3:30pm they still had to Check if Room is Ready. And the receptionist called Housekeeping. The Room should be ready at that time if you are that Rude to answer like that. The Room was smelling very Bad. The stell was coming from the bathroom. We told the reception. And they told to Check but I guess they know the issue. Room 401 is smelling bad. Nothing was done and never asked again if all is good. Bathroom was Dirty, there was short curly hairs in Front of the shower. In the 4 Nights we stayed, it was Never Removed. The Breakfast Lady is only speaking spanish and asks for your Room number. The coffee machine was Not working one day. I told her, she checked and never said again that it’s working again or offered any other form of coffee. She was just walking and talking to Herself. First day they had strawberries and we came like 9 am there was only one left. Never replaced. After the second day we did not take the Breakfast anymore as it was not tasty and in a Cold atmosphere. We didnt ask for refund as the workers doesnt seem to be interested in making anything good. For that amount of Money it was very disappointing. Room is tiny. Half of the Room is the shower.

Frukosten var god, men ganska tråkig och med relativt dåligt utbud. I övrigt superbra hotell med trevlig personal, rent, sköna sängar och superbra läge.

Nice location, nice view, mini bar pricey. We got back from sightseeing around 3 and the room still hadn't been done.

Hotel was well situated for our needs, allowed us to walk to the different sites we wanted to visit such as Sagrada Familia, Aquarium and Mercat de la Boqueria. Some of the further sites we used public transportation. Rooms were clean, staff very friendly. Cannot comment on the breakfast, we ate out. The only negative, was that our hand shower was not working which would have been nice to have for our 6 year old, but we managed. I would return to this hotel if ever we decide to travel to Barcelona again.
