員工友善熱情，樂於助人。房間隔音效果一般，所以睡眠淺的人可能會覺得吵。

地點不錯，員工友善，服務周到。我覺得最好訂一間有窗戶的房間，房間可能會更寬敞明亮一些。我的房間沒有窗戶，所以有點小，不過也還可以，浴室倒是挺寬敞的。

The place is near the train station and bus stops. Great location, clean and modern hotel, very helpful staff. The common area was a great place to hangout. The hotel also provides free brewed coffee and water 24/7. Internet was also good. We got two of the largest rooms and they were decently sized. Simple and functional. The neighboring streets had 7-11 and Family Mart which was convenient for late night needs. While across the accommodation was the famous Miyahara restaurant. We really loved our stay at Shin Sei Bashi.

Great location with comfortable room. Just right opposite the famous Miyahara ice cream and 400 meter away from train station.

We were lucky to have the entire dorm room to ourselves. The unexpected privacy made our stay more comfortable. But even if we were sharing the space with other dormers, the place would have still been comfortable as it was spacious. Add to that, the place is near the train station. Great for moving around the city and nearby attractions.

Mình và chị book 1 giường đôi trong phòng dorm dành cho nữ, phòng sạch mới và rất dễ thương. Đây là lần đầu tiên mình ở dorm mà chuẩn phòng như phòng riêng khách sạn, phòng tắm tiện nghi hiện đại, tiếp tân 24/24 rất thân thiện, miễn phí nước uống thoải mái và có máy pha trà cà phê hâm đồ ăn ngay bên ngoài sảnh. Còn vị trí khách sạn thì miễn chê rồi, trung tâm thành phố, ngay ngã tư đường nhìn toàn cảnh có con kênh cực đẹp, hàng quán cà phê xung quanh đầy đủ, lại tiện đi bộ ra ga chính để bắt tàu đi lại. Nói chung nếu lần sau có dịp đi Đài Trung mình sẽ quay lại đây. Rất hài lòng!
