櫃台說打掃阿姨不夠，所以來不及讓我們入住。 房間很大，餐一般，沒有凱悅應有的水平...有些失望。

Good hotel and quiet environment. With shopping mall across the road. Hotel room is big and clean. Highly recommend!

不错的酒店 安静 服务好

酒店大堂和餐厅都不错，但是亲子方面偏差，没有任何儿童设施。 打电话需要婴儿床围栏，打了4次电话才送来。接电话态度很好，就是效率低。 房价算西安里很高的，但是豪华客房里也只有速溶咖啡，没有咖啡机。 最重要的一点就是，电梯不需要刷卡，直接进入。客房走廊里随处可见各种外人员进出。，外卖也是随便进，这样酒店里的人杂七杂八，安全存在隐患

硬件没的说，基本都一样水平。服务欠培训，一次内线要冰块，隔半小时后再催才送来。第二次过道问服务员泳池在哪，被告知可能没水。37度的天说没水。又再跟他确认，他说不清楚，被告知打电话跟前台确认。

The address on the your map is wrong and the hotel is not in downtown, though, the enviroment is also great! Great stay, will come back!

Clean rooms, but the staff did not speak English - unusual for a 5-star international hotel. Had to use a google translator. Breakfast was so-so. Large, imposing building suitable for events, but not for family vacations.

Clean room, spacious toilet, good room service

Stayed for 5 nights. The whole stay was absolutely amazing. Very attentive staff and super clean and incredibly spacious rooms. No complaints whatsoever. Enjoyed the spa and the swimming pool as well. I would come again without hesitation.

Western feel. Good for foreigner. Spoke english.

central air conditioning in autum is a tad bit stuffy - needed a fan for better ventilation. breakfast did not live up to expectation.

Friendly and attentive service. Beautifully styled and large rooms. Very happy to have stayed for a few days.
