good location, in a amazing heritage building. Apartment is also new and luxury. But there are something not good. There is no any cover for the toilet. It's quite emarassing. And the water boiler is not good. Just around 15 minutes of shower, all hot water is gone and need to wait a few hours. No way to turn off the light of fridge. And the sound isolate is not well.

Clean room, amazing breakfast and staff.

Overall a good experience. The location is super and the staff were very helpful. Cool to stay in a place like this. Although, be prepared for it to be a bit loud of course, you can hear other guests coming and going, and the church bells etc. Overall great just note the noise if you don’t like noise.

Rummet var rent. Duschen ny o fräsch.. Personalen var hjälpsam o transfer från o till flyget funkade utmärkt. Hämtningen vid hotellet mitt i Gamla stan imponerade. Frukosten var ok men deras scrambled eggs lämnade en del att önska tycker var som alltid ser fram emot just hotellfrukosten. Luftkonditioneringen funkade utmärkt. Split är en fantastiskt vacker stad. Dock upplever vi priserna på restauranger o barer som väldigt höga. Tyvärr!!

Voor iedereen die goed ter been is, is dit absoluut een aanrader. Er zijn sowieso in het oude centrum flink wat trappen te overbruggen en deze accommodatie ligt echt middenin het centrum. Een prachtige locatie waarbij het heerlijke en uitgebreide ontbijt op het terras van het pleintje naast het Vestibulum geserveerd wordt. Het is een mooi grote kamer met een goed bed en een lekkere douche. Wij hadden uitzicht op het pleintje met het ontbijtterras, het museum en de toegang tot het Vestinulum. Wij hadden de transfer van €40 aangeboden door de eigenaar geboekt. Bij aankomst stond hij op onze taxi te wachten zodat we met hem mee konden lopen en hij zelfs onze 2 zware koffers de trappen op droeg. Heel fijn!

Amazing location close to everything we wanted to do and the meetup points for our tours, great breakfast and amazing staff.

Excellent room. Great water pressure. Incredible location. The noise of the odd bit of bustle in the evening is just enchanting. Driver was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Breakfast was at the Hotel Vestibul next door, and it was an incredible breakfast! I'd go back just for that. The room was clean, well lit, nice bed and very nicely furnished. Just had some issues with the hot water and the TV not working. For what it was needed for (a bed & a shower) it was perfect.

Check in was a nightmare. I stood in the COLD waiting for them for close to an hour, they refused to text me - instead kept calling which was $$$ for me, then instead of apologizing explained to me that they had extenuating circumstances. I didn't warm up u til the next day!!! I paid extra to make things simple/easy and the opposite resulted. The place itself was great. The breakfast was divine. But the customer service - nightmare.

The place was great and couldn’t ask for a better location, right next to the palace vestibule. Breakfast was superb and staff was great. Ivan went above and beyond.

Heti varauksen tehtyäni meille tarjottiin lentokenttäkuljetusta, joka toimikin hyvin ja oli johtuu hintainen. Koska saavuimme aikaisella koneella pääsimme huoneeseemme jo useamman tunnin etukäteen. Majoituksen sijainti oli ensiluokkaisen keskeinen lähellä käytännössä kaikkea. Kuitenkin huone oli rauhallinen eikä häiritseviä ääniä kuulunut ollenkaan. Päivittäinen siivous toimi hyvin. Vaikka respaa ei ollut, meillä WA numero, jonka kautta olisi tarvittaessa saanut yhteyden majoituksen edustajiin. Viereisessä hotellissa tarjottu aamiainen oli ensiluokkainen ja runsas. Koska huoneemme hinta sisälsi aamiaisen, nosti tämä osaltaan majoituksen hinta-laatu suhdetta. Lähdimme iltakoneella ja saimme pitää huoneemme iltaan asti ilman ekstra kuluja, koska uusia majoittujia ei ollut heti tulossa. Huoneessa oli toimiva ilmastointi, jääkaappi ja ikkunat sai auki. Sänky ja tyynyt olivat erinomaiset. Kehitettävää: on aina vähän hassua kun promo kuvat otetaan panoramalla. Tästä johtuen yllätyimme aluksi, kun huone olikin paljon pienempi kuin kuvissa-riittävän kokoinen kuitenkin. Rantapyyhkeitä ja märkiä vaatteita oli vaikea kuivattaa huoneessa.

Great location within Diocletian's palace. Very clean. Great breakfast included. Literally in the middle of everything but still private and quiet. Host was great. Would stay here again.

Great views

Excellent historical location. Comfy beds, AC, amazing views, super clean, one-of-a kind location far more special than a typical hotel. Stone and wood but completely updated amenities. To find it, go to the Hotel Vesibul, it’s 10 feet away. That’s also where you will have breakfast, and it’s an incredible breakfast! Loved our stay here and would definitely return.

The hotel has a few positives — the breakfast was good, the location is excellent, and we were able to arrange a late checkout. Unfortunately, the downsides outweighed these. The TV was not working, and when I contacted the host to report it, there was no response. The bathroom flooded whenever we took a shower, and upon arrival we found a dead bug and a chocolate wrapper on the floor, which raised concerns about cleanliness. If you’re only looking for a central location, this place delivers. Otherwise, it felt more like an Airbnb experience than a proper hotel stay.

We loved to be in the heart of old town. We were greeted with such great hospitality. People are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome. Room was very nice, quiet and clean, cold AC , great !
