Oct 15/2022 **UPDATE !!!>> We were here a year ago when Luis and wife were present and giving a superb and excellent service, caring for the guests. Loved the place then. Now it is my last choice on booking or recommending this hotel. This place may be now under new management. At time of check in was fast and no issues since we were here before. We solicited SPA and massage services for next day by noon. For breakfast time next day we were asking to have our breakfast on our balcony via wasap as they recommended at check in time the night before from the lady in charge. There were only two of the suits occupied including ours in the entire property, we were told that we better head down to the dinning room just to get the menu because they were jammed and extremely busy. When after 1 hr by 10 am such menu was sent by Wassap. They finally decided to be kind and bring our breakfasts which they were missing the coffees, butter and napkins. While having our beautiful breakfast one of the ladies from the kitchen was walking throughout the property spitting all over the place right in our presence. After 2pm we requested clean towels noticing that our breakfasts piled up dishes were still in our balcony table. We waited for the towels for a while. We had to go downstairs with our dirty towels, dirty dishes from our balcony and request those new clean towels again. After 40 min we finally got our stiff hard towels. The very next day we were doubting on requesting anything

Loved the peaceful area, not having the normal noise of cars. It was fantastic, I can not wait to go back. Luis and his wife, very friendly and helpful.

Great Property. If you are looking for a peaceful place, want to be pampered and want to enjoy nature, this is the place to go!!!! Hosts Carolina and Luis were great, helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. Aleyda and William (staff), were really nice and helpful as well. Excellent service, breakfast was amazing, really clean and beautiful environment. Will go back next time we visit pereira.

Situated tucked away off of the main road running through Pereira, Syvanna was a welcomed relaxing oasis. Upon arrival we were offered drinks and refreshments. Parking is on site within the gated property. The room we had was incredible. Very clean and the jacuzzi was a welcomed plus! AC worked fantastically. Breakfast is offered every morning, which included coffee with eggs and arepas and fruit, but they would make accommodations for anything you need. Luis and Carolina, the owners, were extremely hospitable and were fantastic to get to know! This resort only has 6 rooms so you really feel like you have it to yourself. Highly recommend and will be staying again next time we are in eje cafeterro!

This is a beautiful property, perfect for a relaxing and quiet time. It is close enough to Pereira to get there, but far enough to feel like you are outside a city. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help make suggestions of things to do and how to make it happen. I definitely recommend Syvanna! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Questo hotel è stato una fantastica sorpresa. Un po difficile trovarlo ma una volta arrivati l'esperienza è unica. Bello, comodo e unico rispetto a tutto quello che potrete trovare in zona. Fantastiche piscine, idromassaggio e jacuzzi e un personale gentile, cordiale e ultra disponibile.

Fue de verdad un fin de semana relajante en unas instalaciones cómodas y limpias donde casi todo es nuevo. La atención es excelente, personal supremamente amable y todo tiene una conexión en el hotel, sus colores, las distribuciones de los espacios, los aromas; para hacerte sentir tranquilo y salir renovado.

Zeer behulpzaam personeel, ze deden er alles aan om ons te helpen met boeken van vliegtickets, boeken van golf spelen etc. Etc. Ontbijt heerlijk met veel persoonlijke aandacht met voornamelijk jonge mensen. Daar ons spaans niet zo goed was, is het jammer dat deze jonge mensen slecht engels spreken maar met goede wil en vertaalapps zijn we een heel eind gekomen.
