Location is very convenient to shopping and many dining options. Room was on the smaller side but clean and maintained.

Parking is bit tight. Rooms are clean, but pretty old. Checkin was a breeze. Staff were courteous.

This was a wonderful place to stay. My room was upgraded with no additional cost. The staff was easy-going, helpful, and pleasant in their demeanour. I was able to walk around the community for shopping. I like the food choices in the hotel restaurant, so I didn't need to eat outside. The room cleaning servce was excellent. Just please remember to clean and dust the AC. Thanks.

Unnecessirly they charged 1 day extra even though we informed our early check out before 12 hours.

It was good on budget..

The rooms are neat & clean with good natural lighting. The breakfast at the restaurant however was not great as we had to wait for a long time for the food to be served. Poori & Idli had finished and took time to be replenished, dosa's took nearly 45 minutes to prepare. So the restaurant breakfast service has been rated poor.

Rooms etc great. Serioysly not what is projected on websites. Sleazy area. Staff especially reception had bad attitude. The room service staff were not educated enough to have bad attitude!@

I stayed for two nights in deluxe room, which had decent space for moving around. Also stay was at center of the city, rooms were clean and neat. Complimentary breakfast was good. On the whole worth the money spent.

This hotel is generally ok, and fairly clean. But for the price we paid, I would have expected much cleaner sheets (there were some stains on ours) and better service. There was only 1 towel in the room (2 of us staying), and when we called to request another it did not arrive and we had to go downstairs to request it. The bathroom was very clean, although the tap on the sink leaked quite a lot when used, and no shower cubicle or curtain so after shower water was everywhere.

The staff were helpful. The location is in a busy part of town, near a big bus station. There is also a mall within walking distance (long walk). The breakfast was delicious. Good value for your money. Could it be better? Yes. But, you're not paying anywhere near top-dollar, so no problem at all.

This being my second visit to this hotel I was in for a big disappointment. Check in was smooth but no water or towels in the room - cleanliness was good - comfortable bed - central location but disappointed with poor service - also there was a revised cost upward of around 60 INR between the quotes during reservation and actual charge
