It was a 2 bedroom family accommodation. Pros, good location and two full bathrooms. Cons, heater didn't work, no coffee machine and we weren't advised that there were no towels.... As it was low season, contacting someone in person was not easy. Apartment was recently renovated so it was nice.

This property should not be on hotels.com. There were no towels or blankets. We had to make our own bed and there were only sheets. There was such a bad smell coming from the second bathroom we had to keep the door closed and thoroughly air out the apartment. The staff forgot our remote control for the parking and told us to come back to the office at 10 the next morning for the remote. By then we had discovered no towels or blankets. No one was there to help us when we arrived the next day. I left a note about the towels and blanket. No one ever responded. The number on the website to contact for assistance was not the right number. No coffee maker or kettle. The washing machine was filthy. Very, very disappointed!
