Blissful property. Stunning main building with beautiful pool and spa setting. Exceptional restaurant experience. Excellent service throughout our stay. We hope we can revisit one day.

We had a great time at Vinilia, the castle, surroundings and pool are wonderful. Our room had modern amenities with an Italian style. We had dinner at their restaurant Casamatta, chef Pietro Penna tribute to his cuisine and journey was outstanding, breakfast was the perfect starting of the day with delicious bread and fruits. Thank you to all the staff, they were very friendly and helpful, especial thanks to William and Andrea.

The property is beautiful,the food and service were outstanding.We were treated especially well by the restaurant staff for a Memorable evening.I onlywish our travel plans had allowed for a longer stay. The summer months must be beautiful we travelled in mid October so we’re not able to experience all the amenities,pool etc.

un hotel boutique chateau exceptionel. lieu majestueux dans un grand domaine, piscine , soins etc.. petit déjeuner royal de plus restaurant gastronomique incroyable de qualité et de créativité. service inoui: personnel aux petits soins.. la ville a 5 km ( Manduria) est a fuir : salle , sordide... donc un hôtel parfait pour une etape entre Gallipoli et Matera.

This is a boutique hotel with only 20 rooms in an historic castle that has been beautifully remodeled. The staff is very friendly and there is a Michelin star restaurant onsite. We had a huge room with a bath tub in the room and a terrace. The pool is very nice with food and drink service. The only negative is that the air conditioner did not work the first night. They did have it fixed the second day.

We loved our stay everything was special super clean extremely welcoming The pool was amazing we did a couple massaging the spa and it was just wonderful we also died at the restaurant and the most incredible experience we will be back for sure

The hotel, our room and the pool area were stunning, breakfast delicious and we were also lucky enough to eat in the restaurant which was outstanding. All the staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help in any way.
