This hotel was a little above my expectation. The facilities were good, although the room was a bit too narrow and you have to pay extra for room's cleaning service (so you have to do it yourself if you don't wanna be charged extra cost) overall i and my friends have a pleasant stay. The location is also good, 5 minute walk to subway station and konbini and is in a lovely neighborhood. The hotel employed a self check-in system so during our stay we almost never meet other guests nor the hotel staff 😂

The room is clean and location is great. The hotel is just 1km away from the kyoto city.

First time I came here the service was great, almost perfect. but then second time the service was getting worse. I have to solve my own problem while self check-in, and it was more difficult when I got second floor room and I have to bring my heavy luggages on my own by stair.
