The hotel is very close to subway station.

1) the location of the hotel is really excellent! The r4 and r5 exits of zhong shan underground mall are just in front of the hotel. We prefer r4 exits as there are elevator, lift and ladder. R5 has only lift. The underground mall links to both zhong shan mrt station and taipei main station which is very convenient for the tourist to get around. 2) the staff of the hotel are friendly and helpful. We were allowed to put our luggage at the hotel for 2 days before checking in for stay as we travelled to other parts of taipei. The only weird thing is that we had to pass our room key to the front desk every time we went out because they scared we might lost our key, so they will help us to keep it. 3) there are coin operated washing machine and dryer in the hotel. You may ask for the detergent from the front desk. Basic room amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, mineral water, hair dryer, minibar and etc. Are provided. The tv in the room comes with a lot of channels. The bed is comfortable. Room cleaning was done every day during our stay. There is a small lift in the hotel that can accommodate up to 3 adults plus 3 large luggage at one time. 4) the only drawback of the room is that the bathroom wall is made out of glass which can easily see through from the outside. This can be inconvenient for travellers other than couples. Values exceeds the price. A highly recommended hotel!!
