前台工作人員非常能幹、專業且友善，日夜服務都很周到。晚上10點半左右，他們幫我找到了一家合適的醫院，還幫我叫了計程車。我非常感謝他們的高效率和細心。飯店的清潔人員也非常盡責。我要求入住一間安靜且遠離電梯大廳的房間，飯店也滿足了我的要求。謝謝！唯一美中不足的是空調出風口對著我的頭，所以我睡覺時不得不關掉空調。除此之外，我對入住城市廣場飯店非常滿意。

非常棒的飯店。房間舒適寬敞。員工友善且彬彬有禮。無論你進出飯店，他們都會熱情地問候。

Loved this hotel! Room was spacious and super clean. Easy to adjust the air conditioning since it’s not centralized. Used their hotel bicycles for 2 days and was easy to get around. Lots of good food near by and Chickan Tower is just near by as well. The hotel breakfast isn’t all that great: simple Chinese food, don’t expect to get bacon or scramble eggs here. Would come back here again in my next trip!

Great staff, very efficient, helpful, kind. Accommodation is superb. Breakfast fantastic. They ask if you are vegetarian.
