The location of this hotel is perfect for tourists interested in musical and museum events. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the most exciting sites in Vienna's old town. The hotel is NOT luxury but comfortable and affordable to stay. The breakfast provided by the hotel is excellent, although there are no other restaurants in the hotel.

Hotel is located in convenient location, walkable distance to almost all major tourist attractions (Opera, St. Stephen's Cathedral, St. Charles Church, Albertina, Hofburg Palace, etc.). Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Overall, I was super happy with my stay. Would definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend to others!!!

酒店位置极佳，步行5分钟即到金色大厅、卡尔广场和主要景点，周围环境优雅，吃饭的地方很多。酒店的早餐丰富，入住当天恰逢假期，免停车费，性价比超高的酒店。

附近有超市，樓下就係Europecar，15分鐘內步程可以去晒絕大部分維也納市嘅景點，兩分鐘步程有輕鐵站 或 租單車port位

Helpful staff in a very non-American chain hotel way, with very comfortable, spacious room. Stay here!

Great location, friendly staff. Beds were super comfortable. Parking was a 5 minute walk away and the room needed to be aired out a bit, but overall wonderful experience.

Upeasti restauroitu, luotu luksusta yhteisiin tiloihin ja huone myös hyvä ja siisti sekä kylpyhuone hyvin varustettu. En löydä mitään huomautettavaa.

L’hotel è in una posizione ottima e strategica, a pochi passi da tutti i punti di interesse. Di fronte trovi il tram e a pochi passi la metro. Migliorabile la pulizia quotidiana delle camere. Personale dí reception molto gentile ed accogliente.

Fue una estancia muy placentera, el hotel esta ubicado muy cerca de la ópera, la habitación es amplia, las camas cómodas, la limpieza impecable, definitivamente volvería a quedarme!

Friendly staff, great location. A little warm in the rooms.

The worst experience which somebody could have!! Because of delay of our flight, we arrived close to midnight and the door of hotel was closed!!! There were the guests of other 3-4 rooms as well as us there!! It was an announcement paper with one phone number which declare tonight nobody is in reception and call this number, but nobody picked up the phone!! 8-10 people were in the street and by chance a guest was going out and we could enter yo lobby and nobody was there!!!! Everybody slept in a corner of lobby till almost 7 am which 2 young girls came and without excusing or explaining anything , just told us , you can go to other hotel We asked to meet manager or to talk to somebody and it seems manager was in vacation! Lobby was so dirty and everywhere you can find insects or other things. We sent a claim to hotels.com and they re-act very professionally, but nobody from hotel even gave them any answer. This is an unbelievable experience which I faced in the last 25 years with one hotel and nobody believes it.
