服務態度很友好，但別墅實在太髒了，看起來像是沒打掃過。床上只有乾淨的床單和毛巾。泳池水不乾淨，地板沒拖，浴室地板上爬滿了像蟲子一樣的生物，我不知道是什麼。我在前座上發現了煙灰，別墅裡的地板上還丟著一個酒瓶蓋。衛生狀況實在太差了，希望你們能改進。

不知為何房間發霉了，泳池邊緣結了厚厚的冰霜，秋天一點也不像老式衛生紙恐怖屋😭🙏🏻

別墅的牆壁和房間的牆壁都發霉了，浴室是戶外主題的，但後面直接就是室外，沒有任何柵欄或額外的鐵柵欄，所以我擔心睡覺，因為有人可以爬上浴室的牆壁，而且浴室的門沒有鎖。

泳池很髒，我們很難從客房服務部獲得幫助。

jujur saja saya tidak pernah tempati Villa ini , karena hal penting LIHAT REVIEW SEBELUM MEMESAN. kesalahan saya adalah saya tidak cek review hanya melihat lokasi dan murah. PLS CHECK GOOGLE REVIEW JUGA GAISS KRN itu yg membuat saya akhirnya memutuskan tidak menginap disana.

Staffnya ramah banget, kemaren aku kinta chekout telat di bolehkan. Tapi untuk bangunan, kalau yang agak penakut pasti serem mau nginep di situ. Berhubung aku suka suasana gitu aku enjoy aja. Minusnya cuma di kebersihannya aja.

Lebih diperhatikan untuk perawatan tempat.

Ac nya ribut, jadi keganggu kalau tidur, kolam nya juga kotor, di luar kamar kurang penerangan jadi kaya terkesan angker, ada banyak serangga dan katak, tembok tembok juga mengelupas, bantal nya ada noda gitu jadi gak nyaman
