樓下就係超市，十分方便，去附近景點車程亦不遠，唯美中不足是房間沒有冰櫃。

Comfortable room with a supermarket next door, underground parking at a daily rate of €8.5 is acceptable. Although it is located next to the highway, we didn’t hear any noise and had a good sleep.

很整洁，早饭很不错，性价比很高，作为因斯布鲁克几公里外的小镇，如果驾车入住，去因斯布鲁克很方便也便宜很多。但因为距离较偏远，所以吃饭不太方便，超市也早早关门，所以要提前做好准备。房间距离电梯太远，要走很久。

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und hat auch ein sehr schöne Ausblick auf den Berg. Das Personal hat uns auch bei den Tickets für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel geholfen. Allerdings dauerte der Self-Check-in relativ lange, da viele Informationen eingegeben werden mussten. Beim Self-Check-in gibt es keine Information darüber, dass man zuerst einchecken und die Zimmerkarte erhalten muss, um anschließend mit der Karte die Tür der Tiefgarage öffnen zu können. Die ist nur vor den Tiefgarage einmal hingewiesen, welche man in der Abend nicht wirklich sofort finden kann. In unserem Fall war der Zugang zu Tiefgarage nur auf einer Karte freigeschaltet. Da alle Zimmerkarten gleich aussehen, muss man selbst darauf achten, welche Karte die richtige ist. Sonsten war unsere Aufenthalt sehr sehr schön.

Room was very nice and clean, we used self check-in. Hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the train station and it's about a 3 minute ride into Innsbruck.

Nice hotel, but very expensive for what was offered.

Habitación muy buena. Una vista hermosa. La ubicación es buena. Lo malo el agua no es realmente caliente (en invierno es importante) y pasado las 8:00pm no hay nadie en recepción que te reciba para hacer check in. Hay que ser muy intuitivos para poder hacerlo tú solo sin personal disponible

Recepção atendimento mediano e impessoal, faltou simpatia e atenção com o cliente no Check in e nas dúvidas que tivemos como onde parar o carro e pagar o estacionamento. Bom café da manhã. Conforto razoável no quarto. Hotel aceita pets e seus donos os levam para área de café o que é desagradável e ainda deixam seus pets sozinhos nos quartos gerando barulho a noite na hora do descanso e como a recepção fecha as 20h não tem com quem reclamar.

The staff was friendly enough. However, our room was not clean. We were met with urine and feces in the toilet which indicated to us the bathroom had not been cleaned. There was hair in our beds and my pillowcase smelled like dirty, greasy hair. I had to turn it over and use the other side. There was debris all over the carpet so it clearly had not been vacuumed. In the morning we went down for breakfast but couldn't eat much because all the hot food was cold. If you are thinking here, I would recommend skipping this hotel and staying somewhere else.

Check-in was horrible. Kiosk only after 20:00, and after a lengthy check-in process, the machine failed to provide the room key. The phone for customer assistance would not connect. We spent over 30 minutes just trying to check-in. Once in the building, we found our room with doors propped wide open and an extremely strong smell of cigarette smoke. This hotel is supposed to be non-smoking, but the entire hallway was clearly heavily smoked in. Room was also dirty with old food crumbs between the beds. Worst hotel experience I’ve had anywhere in Europe.
