The main issue is the noise control. There is shouting till late by the pubs downstairs, coupled with a 24hrs construction works next to the hotel. Good Rest is an issue.

I got a huge room with balcony. The location is perfect at the riverside of Phnome Penh. A walk away fron PP Night Market, Mekong Cruise, Wat Phnom and Royal Place. They provide breakfast, not many choices, just fried rice and some bread. Early in the morning, you could take a walk to the riverside, where you could find tourist and locals doing morning exercise. CMIIW this area surrounded by red light district? Not sure, but all the bar and pub mostly offers the girls in front of the door. Affordable price as well.

stuffy and whole room smell like cigarettes including the linens. aircond not really cold but old and loud. towel and floor mat all have yellow stint on it. breakfast also so so only. but staff service is okay.

Daerah strategis jalan dikit saja ke sungai Mekong, sekitar hotel banyak pub dan di pusat keramaian. Depan hotel ada restoran halal, cocok dengan lidah kita orang Indonesia, depan hotel banyak transport tuk-tuk, bemo, taxi, pelayanan ramah, cuma kamar bau asap rokok.

The room was clean with nice design. Their staff are very friendly and understanding. We had our baggage delayed and had to change our plan (and therefore the booking) about 3 times. Not only did they help us contact the airport, but they also tried to accommodate our changing plan.

I stay here during my visit in Phnom Penh. First reason I choose this hotel because the location is perfect, right in the heart of Phnom Penh. Everything just in walking distance like Royal Palace, Mekong River, etc. Also we can take tuk-tuk if you feel tired to walk. Tuk-tuk can be book by Grab that you not have to bargain. Many restaurants surrounding, try Mekong River Restaurant open 24/7. Room also spacious (King Size) with cheap price and you get breakfast. Will come back again if I visit Phnom Penh.

I was stay in in this hotel for 2 night, It was good service, good buffet breakfast and friendly stuff and helpful, the room is new and clean, I was so happy to stay in this hotel

Cosy and comfortable boutique hotel in a good riverfront location with excellent services! Bed was super comfortable and clean. We had a great wonderful stay, thanks to the Manager, they had upgraded us to a deluxe junior suite overlooking the river. 100% recommendation to all travelers.
