Staff hotel sangat informatif dan helpful. Room service cekatan, apalagi saat kejadian gempa Bangkok kemarin, mereka langsung gercep evakuasi kami melalui pintu darurat dan mereka kembali ke dalam gedung untuk evakuasi tamu hotel yang lain, tanpa memikirkan keselamatan mereka sendiri. Satu kata, respect.

It's a clean and quiet place. I would like to recommend staying here.

Location far from the main district, if you rent a private transport it'll be one of the best choices. They had a spacious and clean room, but they don't give amenities like a toothbrush/toothpaste. They had good hospitality, all the staff speaks English, and also you get free luggage storage. All the breakfast menu is no pork. I came late at night and got a quick check-in process, but don't forget to bring cash because there's a deposit of 1000 baht.

พนักงานบริการให้ไม่เท่าเทียมกัน ทางโรงแรมมีบริการรับส่งbts มาถึงก่อนเวลาเพื่อจะได้ใช้บริการเพื่อความสะดวก แค่เห็นความสะดวกและเวลาพอดีกับรอบที่ให้บริการขึ้นรถคนแรกแต่กับถูกปฏิเสธให้ลงรถเพื่อไปอีกรอบต่อไป ถ้างั้นทางผมก็เลือกใช้บริการทางอื่นให้สะดวกด้วยตัวเองได้ แต่ถูกปฎิเสธ เพราะอะไร ไม่ใช่ชาวต่างชาติหรืออะไร เพราะอะไร ความเท่าเทียม ความตรงต่อเวลาทำให้โดนอะไรแบบนี้หรอ อยากให้สังคมเท่าเทียมกันแต่สิ่งที่ทำมันเท่าเทียมตรงไหน มันทำให้เสียเวลา

The hotel managed by Accor but not good. The room was not clean, old, many hairs and dust in the room. They changed another room but still hairs in the room. The location far away from the center and tourist. No aminities, no minibar, no slepper. Breakfast buffet is nomal. Not commensurate with the price, not recommend

ห้องพักดี ค่อนข้างใกล้รถไฟฟ้า แต่ต้อต่อรถ

ไม่มีการจัดการแขกหรือทัวร์ที่ทำเสียงดังรบกวนผู้อื่น เช่น ทัวร์ ควรกำหนดสัดส่วนให้ดี เพราะรบกวนการพักผ่อนมาก ส่วนตัวจะไม่กลับมาพักอีก ถึงทางโรงแรมจะสะอาด หาโรงแรมง่าย แต่เพราะการพักผ่อนครั้งนี้ทำให้นอนไม่หลับ เพราะการทำเสียงดังของทัวร์อื่นๆที่มาเข้าพักในชั้นเดียวกันหรือใกล้เคียงกัน

Bagus kamarnya bersih. Sarapan tiap hari sama menunya. Stafnya baik-baik ramah dan helpful.

Semuanya ok, kecuali lokasinya yang dekat dengan kawasan industri.

The new room with great design but so far from main street, not comfortable location for tourist.

All is good but location. Our taxi driver from airport can not locate the hotel.

โรงแรมสวย สะอาดมากๆ ใหม่ ทัวร์ลงเยอะ แต่อาหารเช้าแย่มาก มีน้อยมีแค่ข้าวผัดไข่ หมี่ผัด ผัดผัก ข้าวต้มเปล่าๆ กับถั่ว (เมนูนี้ตลกมาก) มันฝรั่งทอด ไข่ตุ๋น ขนมปัง ไส้กรอกไก่ คือไม่มีเนื้อสัตว์ นึกว่ากินมังสวิรัติ ไม่มีแม้แต่ไข่ดาว แฮม ทุกอย่างให้ 5 ดาว ส่วนอาหารเช้าติดลบ
