Staff were very nice and facility was clean

Clean and tidy, EV chargers are easy to use (need to get access card from the front desk)

First of all the staff was extremely friendly. Wonderful. Check-in was easy and smooth. They even upgraded us to a very large room. King size bed super comfortable room was clean two televisions very large bathroom. The shower was just OK. My only complaint was the electric blinds did not work you had to manually Roll them up and down. The breakfast was excellent. The pancake machine was quite entertaining, but the pancakes were excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Very enjoyable stay.

ADA room very spacious. Only issue soap difficult to reach on wall for wheelchair users.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Lake Katrine was a perfect stop-over on our trip from PA to VT. It was easy to get to from the NY thruway and super comfortable and clean. Breakfast was generous and tasty.

When we got to our room the bathroom light did not work. We were moved to another room and the window coverings were ripped and broken. There were holes in the shade letting light through and there was no way to pull the shade up to let light in during the day. It was very shabby. I did not call the desk again because we were very tired from traveling. The man who handles the breakfast was great! Attentive and friendly.

The pancake machine was a hit with my kids.

Terrible experience with customer care. Booked a room with 2 queen beds and got confirmation. On arrival the hotel indicated a king room was assigned by Expedia. Customer services took an hour on the phone and was rude and sounded like they were doing me a favor.

Very nice and clean hotel. Convenient for my needs but a bit on the pricey side.
