The staff was awesome and top-notch! It was a beautiful hotel. Unfortunately, it was really noisy. We heard when the restaurants across the street were recycling the glass in the bins all night long. Because it is so close to everything, the people along the beach are very noisy and you hear everything. Wasn’t anything that the hotel could do but that was annoying. Also, the air conditioner never got cold so our room was warm.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel, egal wo man sicht aufhielt, es war überall stets sauber. Freundliches Personal. Negativ fanden wir die ziemlich rutschigen Bodenplatten am Pool, wir sahen viele Leute die sich auf den Boden gelegt haben, sah sehr schmerzhaft aus. Die Baderegeln von den Bademeistern waren nicht jeden Tag gleich. Manchmal durfte man mit einer Luftmatratze in den Pool und am nächsten Tag wieder nicht. Spritzen durfte man auch nicht, es standen nirgends klare Regeln. Schade, das wäre nicht nötig. Unsere Angst von der Lage des Hotels (direkt hinter dem Megapark), hat sich nicht bestätigt. Wir haben fast nichts davon gehört, auch in der Nacht nicht. Essen war sehr umfangreich und sehr gut. Es gab für jeden etwas.

Perfect! I couldn’t have chosen better! 5 mins to the beach, excellent breakfast and dinner buffet options ( I had the half board), beautiful and spacious bedroom, nice shower, loved the pools… Front desk attendant also helped us buying the excursions, which was a big plus.. I would definitely return!

Rien à dire Hotel au top , gentillesse du personnel , la propreté , le petit déjeuner et buffet du soir excellent C'était la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans cet hotel et se sera pas la dernière 👍👍😊😊

Eine sehr schöne

Es war wieder sehr schön im Hipotel Grand Playa de Palma. Leider wurde der Durchgang von der Poollandschaft zur Hauptstraße geschlossen. Dadurch wurde der Weg zum Meer deutlich länger und weniger komfortabel. Die Gründe dieser Maßnahme konnte mir niemand erklären. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt tadellos.

Sehr nettes Personal, der Kofferservice war hervorragend. Das Essen ist sehr gut, sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen.

This is a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed the spa & massage services, pool and restaurants on site. Staff were great! We were a bit disappointed with the location / proximity to the drunken chaos at the beach and distance from the old town. Just something to be aware of if traveling from far away - make sure you do your research on this location! Again, the hotel itself is beautiful and we would highly recommend the massage / spa services! However, trying to find decent dining options and activities within walking distance from the property was near impossible.

Es war wiedermal eine super Ferienwoche im Hipotels. Das Team arbeitet auf allen Ebenen und Resorts ruhig, professionell und sehr freundlich zusammen. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt,wunderschöne Bepflanzung. Wir haben uns gut erholen können.

Great property overall. Really clean and well kept. Front desk service team could really use an education on hospitality. Tried to make multiple request by calling front desk and they did not want to seem to help accommodate. Not all too friendly either. Breakfast buffet had great selection. Houskeeeping staff was amazing ensuring room cleanliness. Overall a great stay. It would be More amazing if the front desk staff could be more accommodating to guests needs especially for being a 4 star hotel, now I can see why they are not a 5 star.

Deutlicher Unterschied zu dem 5 Sterne Haus, noch nicht mal Kosmetiktücher im Bad, wesentlich schlechtere Essensauswahl.
