Muy bien ubicado, buen servicio de todo el personal en general El único detalle es que el area de la alberca está un poco sucia. Pisos , alberca Hay basura en varios lados

Bien ubicada muchos restaurantes y bares alrededor , se escucha un poco en las noches la música de los bares pero nada que no sea tolerable

El único detalle son los colchones un poco duros pero fuera de eso, excelente experiencia .

Nos encantó la ubicación todo estaba bien cerca, la limpieza del hotel y las comidas de los restaurantes también estuvieron muy ricas!!! La atención de Erick el bartender de la piscina fue excelente, el personal muy amable y atento!!!! Sin duda volveríamos quedamos muy complacidos!!

El acceso está muy lejos de las habitaciones tienes que recorrer todo el hotel para llegar

If they told you here that you cant use the wifi for Netflix or Youtube, you would probably look for another hotel. When it connects at all, often it doesn't, its so slow you have trouble just scrolling Instagram. It was a very big annoyance our entire stay, which was way too long. I would have left after the first night, but the payment was non-refundable, so it made for an unpleasant 5-night stay. Otherwise, the room was clean and the staff was friendly. Location is in a good spot, close to lots of stuff, but with that also comes lots of street noise.

Let me start with the Pros: Great location, walking distance to many restaurants, medano beach, marina area and downtown Los Cabos. The restaurant at the hotel has really good food, The work out/ gym is nice, not big but has all the stuff we need to work out daily. The cons: The main reason I picked this hotel because of the pickleball courts but very disappointed the way the added plastic cover to the floor, so the ball bounced super weird. Staff was not very friendly when we checked in, We got there early around 10am and the hotel was really empty but they didn’t have our room ready until 2pm. I think they did this to prevent us from eating the free breakfast???, we were tired and hungry and had to roam around for 4 hours. The bathroom doesn’t look very clean. The toilet has stain or not being cleaned well. The shower was the worst part, super slow water, I was dreading when it’s shower time. If I come back to Cabos, probably will find another hotel
