服務人員親切有禮、車站接送可事先mail預約、出門隨到隨送。早餐及晚餐懷石料理豐盛好吃、內部重新裝修過、乾淨美觀又氣派、cp值不錯。

Staff are super nice.

My tatami room with view was very clean, cozy ang comfortable. The onsen also very good, expecially the female outside onsen with a pool and waterfall scene, so relax. Hotel provide subttle between Tendo Station. Breakfast quite nice with almost japanese style breakfast buffet. Recommend this hotel for anyone plan to have short stay to Tendo, especially who is planning to Ginsan Onsen銀山溫泉

晚餐非常豐盛，建議要準備一百個胃來品嚐這份套餐😆早餐的自助餐也很多選擇！ 住宿的服務非常好，停在飯店停車場還有人會幫忙除雪真的很用心，睡得很舒服👍 溫泉設備也維護得很完善，澡堂很大，入住體驗滿分！

Tendo Hotel is a very good hotel. It has a comfortable hot spring and well-equipped facilities. There is a van to stay at and return to Tendo Station. An English-speaking staff is very attentive to help 12 of us. The food for breakfast and dinner is rich and delicious. I will stay here again next time I go to Tendo. Thank you😊

Actually the hotel is quiet and good, staff are very helpful. However, although Tendo is a very small town, the traffic is definitely vey poor.

完美寬敞又乾淨的住宿環境，若要看到有瀑布的溫泉池，記得晚上10點前前往泡湯👍

I really enjoyed the accommodations to and from the train station. I really appreciated that the most. The room was clean, and everyone was pretty helpful. However, I don't think it's the best hotel for travelors that don't understand the culture or don't speak Japanese to some degree. I think the amenities are awesome, I just don't think it can be understood easily without more English guidance. For example, the yukata that were near the elevator. Or the rental yukatas in the hotel shop, the sign is in Japanese and looks like merchandise. I only had one major complaint, and it was that the slippers provided were the most painful, uncomfortable slippers I've worn in Japan, and as someone who packed light, I didn't bring my slippers, though I knew better. The breakfast was amazing and the views were really nice. I also liked the welcome reception. I recommend the hotel!
