Excellent location Room size is great Very nice reception service

It is a nice hotel, very close to the Zurich HB Station. The receptionists are super nice and helpful. However, some restaurant staff are not as nice as the reception staff (Only one of them is helpful).

非常近市中心，房間靜，但是床單污糟，雖然沒有表面看到，但上床後有點痕，最後我們要用毛巾放上床單上才睡。房間有蚊子。

Location is close to the station, a few minutes walk to the city. Very clean room, staffs are nice and helpful.

酒店鄰近蘇黎世（HB）火車站和電車站，交通十分方便，房間面對內街，十分寧靜。酒店員工友善。

地理位置很好，方便，就是房間沒有冷氣，只有風扇，夏天時入住時較熱。而且因樓層較低，有點嘈吵，其它都很好。

They were lovely! Staff was amazing.. bathrooms could be bigger but not a dealbreaker…the hotel is in perfect location

Supremely convenient location to the main train station as well as various metro lines. Additionally, the staff were perfect hosts, so friendly and really helped us out with borrowed umbrellas for the rain. Loved the look of the room which had a mix of old-world charm and modern design -- definitely neither soulless nor outdated. Also, I love that there was a complimentary pillow menu (i.e. select a different pillow to your tastes/needs/curiosity). Can get noisy in the evening due to the street/bar activity below but wasn't actually a problem after closing the window! I'd definitely stay here again.
