everything was good, though the room was small

Lovely stay in Lisboa, hotel is close to main walking street and metro station, the reception female staff we met is very warm, friendly and beautiful, really thanks for your birthday cake, entire room is clean and cozy, there is a elevator on 1st floor, everything is good and recommended.

The hotel room is outrageously small, and the room is dirty. No fridge and water tap keeps dripping water. The area is very central but nosiy all night until way pass midnight.

Clean and tidy staff are nice 3mins walk to station

Truly loved my stay at Esqina Urban Lodge! It was very comfortable and exactly what I was hoping for during my visit. It was centrally located, walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, and landmarks. The room was lovely and the staff was very kind and helpful. I would absolutely stay there again!

It was in a great location everything on the doorstep yet you couldn't hear any noise off the street at night.There was a welcome pack consisting of local pastries and a bottle of wine waiting for us in the room.The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke english. The room was very clean and had everything we needed and a safe .We had breakfast at their sister hotel only fve minutes away where there was a good selection of hot and cold food and drink accompanied by excellent friendly service for at a set price.Everthing was just perfect for our stay.I would certainly stop there again and recommend it .

Really clean hotel with nice and friendly staff. Close to the metro a lot of restaurants and stores

The room is extremely small and doesn’t look at all like the photo of the type of room we booked. It was more like a bathroom with a bed inside! Too claustrophobic and it feels like a scam for the price paid!

The location is as central as central gets. I cannot describe it any further. It’s entrance is located on a sidestreet where you can be dropped off conveniently by uber/bolt. It is walking distance to a metro station. Be aware of the single flight of stairs before the elevator. Lastly

The hotel is situated in the very convenient location. It is surrounded by the restaurants and shopping area. Metro to airport is 2 minutes walk and the famous square is 3 blocks away. The hotel focuses on the sustainability and ecology. 2 pastel da nata and a small bottle of wine welcomed me when I entered the room. Keys are digital, so you don’t have to worry to carry it around and lose it. Staffs were very friendly, and I chat with them everyday. They offered a complimentary cocktail. The entrance to the hotel appears to be a bit dodgy alley, but I was fine in and out of the hotel alone even at night. It’s a bit noisy during the weekend due to the rowdy tourists on the street late at night. Bring ear plugs.

L'hôtel est super bien situé, au coeur du secteur touristique de Lisbonne et tout près d'une station de métro. Étant donné sa localisation, il est arrivé que nous entendions du bruit de l'extérieur, mais ça s'arrêtait relativement tôt. Notre sommeil n'en a jamais été affecté. L'endroit est propre et bien entretenu. Le seul bémol: de façon général, le personnel était sympathique, souriant et attentionné, sauf pour une personne qui était tout le contraire. On avait l'impression de la déranger, ce qui est plutôt inhabituel dans ce genre d'emploi. Je m'en tiendrai à cela, puisque je crois qu'il s'agissait d'une exception au sein d'une équipe qui était plutôt bien.

Location is the main attraction and the room is clean and comfortable

The ladies at the desk were very friendly and helpful and didn’t mind speaking English with us. Breakfast at the sister hotel was also very nice. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay !!

Fijn hotel midden in levendig en toeristisch gebied. Geen ontbijt in hotel maar buiten is er voldoende te vinden. Lift aanwezig maar tot 1e verdieping met trap.

Just wonderful. Everything was great. The staff friendly and accommodating. The location right in the center of the historic center. Just minutes walk from food, pastries, the water, the cathedral, transportation. The room is the perfect balance of chic and contemporary. We were in room 12 on the first floor and honestly couldn't be happier. Im a big guy, 6'ft 4" (193cm) and the shower was one of the best showers I've fit in ever, in any hotel. Esquina Urban Lodge would get 6 stars if I could.
